No way. If I were to die now I would piss myself + fetal position. -
Not that much, sucrose at a gi of 68.

Can you give examples?

If you are dehydrated you will be thirsty. I don't know why people complicate their lives like that, , unless you are particularly old or ill.
-
Well, there must be substances (or mixtures) similar to MDMA without neurotoxicity.

Seems complicated on a vegan diet unless your caloric needs are quite low or you have a big appetite. That said, I see plenty of examples of people succeeding in this.

You are right, I exaggerated. -

It was not so much a superpower as that, the GDP of the USSR was quite low for such a large country, rich in resources and with so many inhabitants. Its GDP in the 1990s was comparable to a "small" Western European state like France or the United Kingdom, or even an American state like Texas or California. Many of the so-called USSR advances were pure propaganda. -
It's mainly that the only administrator and moderator besides Blossom, Charlie, literally bans everyone he doesn't like / with whom he doesn't agree. A guy even approached me in pm to warn me of this after one of my posts. (he also got banned later). The site has currently become a pay-to-post site, and it seems plagued by trolls and conspiracy theorists. Too bad.

Mostly : -Meso RX -Ray peat forum (especially the posts of some people like Haidut, Travis, RedSun...). -And especially blogs and/or videos of personalities who seem relatively reliable to me (Denise Minger, Haidut, Danny Roddy, sometimes carnivores like Dr Chaffee, Dr Robert Kiltz, Dr Ken Berry, even Bart Kay even if he mostly spends his time to contradict vegans in an aggressive and sarcastic way lol). I was also interested in certain vegans in terms of nutrition (McDougall, Dr Greger), but that did not interest me more than that because beyond my disagreement / my reproaches, they have above all an epidemiological approach and it does not interest me. I don't know too many personalities for endocrinology except maybe Dr Rand Mcclain on youtube, none for psychiatry, most of the videos or blogs are of doctors or university professors, that's good but I don't retain their name ha ha. I don't have a university education and my approach to these areas is more like collecting information here and there according to my concerns and my free time. So I don't really have an endocrinology book (apart from perhaps Seignalet's book, if you are interested in immunology/allergenicity, nutrition, the relationship between the two and the chronic diseases that can result from it etc) or stuff like that to advise you which could alone give you serious bases in endocrinology, psychiatry or other, if that was what you asked for.

I'm basically a "strongly" right-wing person in one of the most "strongly left-wing" letter schools in my country. It may just be a bias, but I couldn't help but notice how leftist people I know are prone to depression and panic-like anxiety. And on the contrary the proportion to a kind of aggressive hypomania see psychosis in my friends more to the right. I could say more but it's a pretty amazing recurrence, I don't know why. -
@Michael569 I didn't know you were on the RPF. I had been banned for contradicting haidut and another known personality on the forum, lol.

@trenton Your paradigm is hard to unravel in addition to seeming particularly sclerotic. I'm not sure there's much point in speculating here. If I really have to add something: I may be wrong at least in part because I only have part of the story, but I believe that you feel guilty because you look like your father and that he abused members of your family that you really love. You ended up internalizing that you were the last chance for certain members or some kind of similar position that makes you feel like not respecting it is going to contribute to the destruction of those same people. Does this speak to you? Maybe you should accept the idea of letting your family die, destroy their lives, because of their own weakness. I mean obviously, you don't have any interest in doing anything either because it will have consequences that will ultimately go against your agenda (problems with the justice system, confusion...), so you have to limit yourself by pragmatism . But yeah, you're a big impulsive asshole who wants to fuck girls by insulting them, who wants to hit people who frustrate him etc. like your dad yes. You are you, and you do not have the duty to be a kind of model of virtue for unstable loved ones, their fragility is their own responsibility and life is a pragmatic balance of power relations and attractions between the parties. Your only duty is to limit yourself to comply with the law, or to accept the consequences. Granted, even attitudes not condemned by law can have unfortunate consequences for your interests, but it's all just pragmatism, you see? The whole question of your neuroses is either (depending on the context): -Your ability to enforce your energy. -Your ability to "abandon" certain people. I don't know if what I said is very clear or even if it's going to be of any use, anyway I don't have time to go deeper than that ah ah, but I'll go see in this rabbit hole. ?

There are several types of stressors that can influence political ideals in different ways. -
Some things look good to me, others not so much. If you read his works, it is sometimes particularly hypothetical and strange. I just read his article on blood sugar and as I understand it just explains that sugar wouldn't be a problem and that the formation of AGEs is caused by the release of polyunsaturated fats under the influence cortisol, glutagon, adrenaline and stress hormones in general. Going back to the starting point, he can take brown rice if he doesn't see any problem having eaten, I guess. Poaceae fiber tends to be more inconvenient for the intestines. Brown rice also has 5-AR inhibiting activity.

In truth it seems to me that ray peat does not really care about the glycemic index of foods.

Even after a year, if you stop you will experience testicular pain due to Leydig cell hypertrophy and you will return to normal testosterone levels within a few weeks, possibly a few months maximum you the atrophy is severe. People stay for life on TRT purely and simply because they are people who have genetically a secondary hypogonadism. Also, what I said above is true if your testicles have been atrophied. If you have protected your testicles with HCG (and possibly HMG) then the gonadotropic axis returns relatively immediately, because the gnRH impulses return as soon as the pituitary gland is depleted of estrogen (among other metabolites, to a lesser extent). Anyway, as I said before, you have to add HCG to TRT for many reasons.

It is not an allergen, nor an intestinal irritant, for the vast majority of people. It's a bit lacking in micronutrients but if the rest of your diet is high in whole foods that shouldn't be a problem. If you really are looking for a problem, rice has a relatively high glycemic index and the AGEs generated can contribute to aging by initiating a cascade of inflammation.

Yes, but self-taught. But I am much more comfortable in endocrinology than in psychiatry, and my advice does not ultimately replace the recommendations of a good specialist.

Which ? ? Mirtazapine is apparently better for this problem because it is actually an antagonist of adrenalinergic receptors and certain 5-HT receptors implicated in anxiety, nightmares, and insomnia. People with PTSD have more adrenaline and are sometimes prescribed beta-blockers in parallel with their usual treatment, precisely for the problems of nightmares, "flashbacks"... https://wchh.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/pnp.418 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4818733/ So yeah, maybe change the medication (not necessarily Mirtazapine) I guess.

It's too complicated. You need to see a therapist.
