When i was in High School, i used to live in loops of studying, doing sport, listening to musics while thinking to random stuffs ; I precisely felt "neutral" most of the time. It was ok until i live a different thing for some reasons and when i came back to my normal "life style" i turned depressed quickly for some hours or even days, by contrast.
