  1. Cooked gingember doesn't work ? You could eat candied ginger.
  2. LGBT people suffer from their exploitation and indoctrination by mass subversive ideological machinery. I have almost never known a person from these communities who was satisfied with their intimate relationships, these are most often short-term relationships which lead to nothing except ever more schizoidism, of confusion about what they think they are and want.
  3. Doesn't seem high in calories, you might need at least 3000 calories if you're active. 🤷‍♂️
  4. Well, probably I would be proud of a friend who earns a very good living and can go to great restaurants regularly. But if we were stuck on a desert island, starving, and he managed to get food and I couldn't, most likely my thoughts would be much more primitive, selfish and basically more "hostile". Don't underestimate how certain traumas and prolonged exposures to certain stressors can really twist your thought patterns, not just make you a little jealous of a friend, but sometimes really push you into the spectrum of psychosis. These are normal atavisms by virtue of its context, and ultimately we are all concerned above all else with our own survival, our own libdinal agenda.
  5. Why don't you want ginger anymore?
  6. Love is finding the part of God denied by the ego.
  7. I relate, the girls are first interested in me because of my physique or something like that, then leave when they see that I have nothing to say to them and that basically my anahata os atrophied like the testicles of a bodybuilders. Not even a lack of confidence, just interest (unless snorting some ketamine lol). But the grass isn't greener elsewhere either, many needy people end up in incomprehensible toxic relationships.
  8. Because you don't suffer from learned helplessness in this regard, or at least to a smaller extent. Friendship will not weigh in the balance so your need to protect your ego if it is really serious.
  9. In case of chronic hypothyroidism and/or lack of calories you may have energy crashes in the event of a reduction in glucocorticoids. Early afternoon is a low-stress time for most people
  10. For what size? I also had energy crashes a few years ago when I was 63kg, I was also cold. Now I'm stagnating between 70/75kg and I no longer have these crashes, even after insomnia. Probably even I would benefit from going up to 80kg (for 1m82) You can probably simply request a blood test directly from a medical analysis laboratory.
  11. Are you skinny? you ever had your thyroid hormones tested? your testosterone? your blood sugar/insulin?
  12. Regardless of gender, it seems like a more expressive, feminine version of me, or certain people in my family lol. I recognise my energy and even certain physical characteristics (facial structure, retina which tends downwards revealing the white of the eye, musculature...).
  13. May sound stupid, but with enough sugar and fat, coffee will not sufficiently increase alertness (unless you have problems falling asleep, perhaps) and increase glutamaminergic neurotransmition (because of the antagonism of adenosine receptors, in short) + anti-opioid action of coffee will increase the quality of sleep by boosting oxidative phosphorylation. People report getting good sleep while on cannabis, because THC increases dopamine/norephedrine. Benzodiazepines, related molecules (gabapentin, pregabalin, GHB, GBL...) may help you fall asleep initially because GABA and reduces alertness by "automatically" antagonizing adrenaline, but above all you will have feeling like you're teleported to the next day after a bad sleep. 14. Ray peat would be proud of you Sometimes I still make my strong coffee + haagen dazs vanilla mix. Terribly good, digestible and androgenic.
  15. Lysergamines are more difficult to manage both during the trip and the days after, because they agonize the glutamate/catecholamine receptors. No problem with 4 HO MET or even 5 MeO MIPT, I was supposed to try psylocibin yesterday but I postponed it until a few days later for a heroic dose (30g of valhalla truffles). It should also be going well on that side.
  16. I felt bad because of the body load, so I went to bed but I had a sort of blackout and found myself going downhill early, like an hour or two later.
  17. 150ug and I don't notice anything. 300ug and I'm drier the next day and maybe again the next day. I once dropped 750ug for the experiment and literally felt dumber for several days (not "brain fog" really poorer "fundamental" cognitive skills)
  18. LSD causes no harm and can actually reverse neurological damage.
  19. That does not make any sense. If you do nothing you will have nothing, period. The day you decide to be proactive, not only will things happen much faster than you think, but you will also get rid of the fear of tomorrow. This is the main benefit of the work, it's not just "difficult", it puts you in a state of "flow" and will rid you of a lot of the fear of tomorrow. Laziness -> anxiety, fear of tomorrow, of your future and ongoing existential crisis. It's never too late to find a boyfriend, even at 50 you can meet someone good. Ditto for practically everything in fact.
  20. @Princess Arabia You're the actualized version of Rinse & rePeat https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/we-all-scream-for-no-cream-ice-cream-in-minutes-with-photos.41042/ https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/peating-for-one-recipes.51651/ About a year ago I sometimes made his recipes (before being banned from the forum)
  21. It's for doing cane juice ?
  22. Btw, only god will decide if I am ready to see videos filmed and shared by "Jowblob" totally upsetting my paradigm
  23. "2027" lol @Jowblob Have you heard of Ra Uru Hu ? His prophecy is supposed to be for 2027.
  24. All I have done is state that it is a potentially dangerous product, and that I prefer alternatives. It's great if it worked for you, I didn't say otherwise. Sorry about the brain cancer, are you better? Have you had surgery?
