@Natasha Tori Maru That was legit my last ketamine IV trip. The needle was inserted in the "wrong" way, slightly painful, and I started to panic. Once I realized I was panicking, I shifted my attention to giving my arm gentle kindness and compassion. Then the pain melted away 10 mins later. 30 mins into the trip, I start doing qigong movements with my arms and it felt so fluid and alien-like.
