@Someone here OH… I meant I finished part 2 today! I started part 1, like, yesterday or the day before. I also skipped a few chapters/sections, but I did watch like ~95% of the entire thing. I actually enjoyed eating and making food while listening to the interview. I even fell asleep to it, but when I woke up I went back to the parts I missed.

While I take THC. It is consensual. It is a low dose so I’m still able to speak.

The trauma that’s stickiest for me is the need for my understanding of God/Love to match others’ experiences. If mine is different than another’s, or if it breaks the script of what is expected, then it is wrong. That is the pattern I am learning to break.

Personally, it was helpful for a bit, but definitely not a long-term solution for me. It also made me more paranoid. It wasn’t until many years later that I discovered I have issues beyond ADHD; the stimulants were doing a great job masking my other conditions.
