I’d love for you to expand further on your experience with weed one day, like how you have an episode about ketamine. Whether it be in the form of a blog video, episode, and/or mentioned in your upcoming course or book, I think it would be helpful for people to be open to the possibility that weed isn’t just for recreational or medical use.

For those of you who are experienced with classical psychedelics and have also tried cannabis, would you consider cannabis a psychedelic? I don’t have experience with classical psychedelics (yet), hence my question. However, I’ve had “out of this world” experiences on cannabis and ketamine… so I’m wondering if the effects you experience on those are similar and/or point to the same thing (i.e. Infinite Consciousness). Also, given that ketamine is starting to be called a psychedelic in some circles, I’m wondering if our definition of psychedelics will change in the future.

What were you expecting? A psychedelic trip?

This. For example, when I first started using ketamine, I was telling everyone how great it was. The deeper I went, though, it humbled me. I realized that it started revealing a lot of difficult stuff that is beyond what most people are willing to face. I try to be levelheaded when I talk about my experience with it now.

I recall that you capitalized the Devil here. This confuses me, as my assumption of what the Devil is is hate manifested; therefore the Devil is also not an absolute? (Or perhaps you capitalized the Devil as an intentional poison pill since the Devil likes to masquerade as Love / God.)

Is he very critical about psychedelics, yet he’s never tried them himself? Love to hear it. Fun fact: I was taught in middle school the dangers of ketamine. Little did I know that 15 years later I’d be doing ketamine, and it saved my life.

Yeah. My sister asked me earlier today. Well, specifically she asked me if I believed in the afterlife. I simply told her direct experience is the way.

Definitely relate to this. Literally me before each of my trips One time during the peak of my ketamine assisted therapy, I felt like I was dying. I asked my therapist if something wrong, and she was like “nah, you look calm, go ahead and do whatever to you want”. Then the trip continued beautifully. I even asked the nurse after the trip if my vitals were abnormal during the trip, and they said everything was normal. Crazy how our mind can trick us so convincingly!

Great point as well. My last ketamine session was almost a year ago. I want to do it again, but I’m not in a rush to do it anytime soon. I’ve been learning from cannabis and stimulants in the meantime; gaining new insights daily.

Of course there is. You’ll find a way. The way you connect with others will be a lot wiser when you stop resisting yourself.

Consciousness imagines suffering. The ultimate goal is not to get rid of suffering, it’s to understand it deeply. Are you up for that?

Agreed. Even after taking psychedelics, the work doesn’t stop. I’ve just begun the work - everything before was just distraction.

Most of my doctors wanted to keep me on antidepressants. It took me many attempts to stop taking them, but psychedelics have helped me finally get off em a few years ago. Psychedelics are the future, and there’s no stopping them.
