  6. Same substance; used in completely different ways. I take the lowest dose of stimulant (the kiddie dose). I am very sensitive to them. This wasn't always the case, though. I used to depend on the opposite (highest dose, and then some), only to realize that that was ruining my life.

  25. Matcha tea powder w/ a bit of water, full fat oat milk, stevia, honey BAM. I’m super sensitive to caffeine / stims so I limit how much matcha I put in there.
