  1. I’ve communicated with aliens a few nights ago. They are definitely more intelligent than humans and have technology more advanced than humans. This encounter only lasted a few minutes.
  2. Nobody is stopping you but you. Only YOU exist.
  3. The work is also about how Infinite Mind imagines ego ? This work ain’t easy. There’s a bunch of deceptions. Also, this is why this even transcends psychotherapy (which is still important for people like me who have mental health conditions). While psychotherapy is done to help people readjust their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, spirituality is about becoming directly conscious of Reality itself -Reality doesn’t need to be fixed because: Fixing and people are imaginary!
  4. The goal isn’t to traumatize the ego, it’s to become directly conscious of how your mind works
  5. Yup, I’ve faced a bunch of dark, intrusive thoughts even before discovering psychedelics. If anything, psychedelics actually helped give me that contrast of heaven and hell like you mentioned, then I was able to get proper help for my mental health conditions and neurodiversity (e.g. OCD). This didn’t come easy at all, and it’s still something I work on a daily basis. Constantly avoiding / running away from difficult emotions isn’t going to be the long-term solution. You have to be willing to face them head on, even the ones that freak you out. Start small first, then work towards more challenging stuff. Also, the problem is when you give additional meaning to the difficult emotions while simultaneously suppressing them. This reassurance seeking is a sneaky way to distract yourself from actually facing uncomfortable aspects of yourself. Leo had a great blog post recently which ties-in well:
  6. Still a good practice to face your fears strategically even while not on psychedelics. That takes being real honest with yourself.
  7. How would you even know that, though? Based on how people act? How does a seriously Awoken Being act? What even is the difference between a person and a being ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  8. @r0ckyreed Haha, “blissipline”! First time I’ve heard that term before What do you mean?
  9. Both, depending on the context. As a very basic example, if a family member finally reveals a secret that they’ve kept to themselves for over a decade. It was a mystery before, but now new information is known. Once the mystery is revealed, your whole life changes pretty dramatically. Have you noticed this?! Also, have you taken psychedelics before?
  10. @Magnanimous Have you ever considered using AI, such as GPT-4, to help with your writing? Doesn’t have to write for you, but it can give you suggestions and expand your ideas. I basically had GPT-4 write this story below. It didn’t get the story the way I wanted it the first time, so I gave GPT-4 more suggestions on how to revise it until it finally sounded good to me. I felt like a director on a movie set, haha.
  11. That would of course depend on your definition of “something” “outside” “infinity”, along with all the other words ?
  12. Not as long as you keep speculating
  13. ”Good” people can act like that behind closed doors, though.
  14. What about times you’re in the flow state, though?
  15. My mom stopped talking to me a few months ago. My dad finally opened up in therapy the reason for this - my mother wants me to forgive her family before she’ll talk to me again. But her family is very much against my values. I choose not to talk to them. And if she doesn’t like that, then I can’t do anything about it. I’m not changing my mind even if that means I’ll never talk to my mother again. This is what happens when you place your entire identity on groupthink and family values. You’ll defend and justify the group members’ behavior even if they go against your values. My family members abused my mother, and she acts like it was no big deal. That’s how I learned to have idiot compassion towards anybody, but now I’ve had enough.

  18. Had discussion about God, and this is what Bard has concocted: And this: Annnnnd this: I think AI needs to stay, lulz
  19. @Thittato have you even tried it yourself, though?
  20. ? You’ve got it right on the nail
  21. In what ways do you lose a lot of your freedom? I have not experienced that part (yet?…) since the relationship I’m in is in the very early stages. Interestingly, though, I feel like we’ve had several deep conversations that have made us both wiser and more loving. I would have expected us to have those conversations maybe after we’ve known each other for 5-10 years, but what do I really know? (we’ve only known each other for a little over a year).
