  1. Try dancing when you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or stuck in your head
  2. This is not Nazi Germany. You can choose to add users to your ignore list, but I believe the mature thing to do is to not do that unless someone really gets on your nerves. When you are part of a group, you are bound to meet people you are not comfortable with. But you can’t keep running away forever.
  3. It’s a necessary part of the journey, at least from my experience. Your results may vary.
  4. Maybe AI will in the future.
  5. Have you heard of this phone? https://www.thelightphone.com/
  6. You can now upload images using Google Bard. Let’s just say I tried a… provocative image. Google Bard definitely has a way with words. Humanity is fucked.
  7. I’m assuming you mean besides internet, like TV. Were you into Atari or TV shows? I’m only 27 so I have very little idea of what life was like before the internet.
  8. This book might be useful to you. “The Art of Lucid Dreaming: Over 60 Powerful Practices to Help You Wake Up in Your Dreams” by Clare R. Johnson, PhD
  9. Relate to this a lot. What I’ve found works when it comes to fear is the ability to recontextualize / reimagine the situation. This takes a lot of practice expanding your mind and raising your consciousness. For example, earlier I woke up abruptly from my sleep and then felt this heavy anxiety creep up. I decided to do a breathing meditation for 5 mins using my Apple Watch, and after the session it said that my average heart rate BPM was 119. I panicked and assumed I was dying, but immediately I was able to reimagine myself enjoying being on a roller coaster. I was able to make the connection between having a fast heart rate with excitement (i.e. being on a roller coaster). This is not merely about changing one belief to another, because you can always take it ever deeper. You can become deeply conscious of the fact that you’re imagining a fast heart rate, panic, excitement, and roller coasters! You can become very adept at making stronger connections with yourself.
  10. You won’t believe it, but fear, like everything else, is imaginary. If you can Love Infinite Fear, then you have gone Alien Fucking Insane.
  11. @Osaid Thank you for asking… your question led me to contemplate what I’ve been going through these past couple weeks, and then I discover these articles on Wikipedia. I was diagnosed with autism 10 years, so I’m quite surprised that I’ve never heard of these terms before! (these articles may also be useful to you @Sugarcoat @NoSelfSelf) : Autistic shutdown Autistic meltdown Autistic burnout I’ve been dealing with these at greater intensity, ever since the forum has been going bananas from the whole Alien Insanity fiasco. I don’t regret it one bit, because my relationship with my father and significant other have been a lot more open and honest. But again, this didn’t come easy at all. They both suffered with me through my ordeal, and supported me to the very end. In short, it’s like taking a strong psychedelic; autism is a powerful psychedelic.
  12. That’s understandable. Intimate relationships will test your limits. You wouldn’t want to experience the kind of horror I went through yesterday after I became completely vulnerable to a couple people I’m close with. But what comes out of that horror is beauty and renewal.
  13. Even AI isn’t perfect. Only GOD is (or isn’t) B M!
  14. Yep, you can find God there 2.
  15. You’re imagining Leo claiming to being the only AWAKE one the planet, and everybody’s reaction to that statement. BAM.
  16. Share it on here if you can. I’m assuming it’s a YouTube video.
  17. Trying to find peace knowing it isn’t real is what nonduality and Buddhism is teaching. Be careful not to fall into those traps
  18. Hell yeah! I can tell you’ve spent years building up to this, and it’s inspiring as hell. I’M MY OWN ROLE MODEL BABY!
  19. I will go to the club and dance by myself, because who is gonna stop me?
  20. Perfect. People pleasing should be a crime.
