  2. You may want to try NAC. Looks like a promising supplement: https://examine.com/supplements/n-acetylcysteine/faq/b2wX3rQ-does-n-acetylcysteine-nac-help-with-lead-toxicity/
  3. Gradually expose yourself to new experiences that you’re passionate about. The initial results may seem mundane / pointless / hopeless, but keep at it and you’ll start to discover love and passion organically revealing itself. Your sense of purpose will rejuvenate.
  4. I’ve also gone through the wringer many times with mystical experiences. However, they’ve gotten much easier the more I exposed myself to them completely raw and unapologetically. This doesn’t mean that I’m now completely fearless and have no struggles anymore in life. For example, I still have crippling social anxiety in certain situations, so I need much more practice and effort than most people.

  10. You learn something new every day. I didn’t know you can report your own posts as well

The Redeemer clearly has emotional needs that aren’t being met, and haven’t been met for a long time. It’s a cry for help. A wolf in sheep’s clothing.
  13. What country are you from?
  14. Consider that speaking about your mental health is a relatively new thing. This was seen as a taboo thing just a few decades ago.
  15. The girl I was too shy to say hi to, despite multiple nonverbal signals between the two of us. Damn, I’m so autistic
  16. Definitely healthier than the massive amount of crap I used to be attracted to on the internet.
