  1. That’s a great reminder. I remember someone else explaining it this way: Healing is not a linear pattern. It’s like a spiral staircase. We travel upwards and frequently return to the same view. However, we look at it from a new perspective.
  2. Just be careful not to scold the mirror
  3. I don’t know about that… I think that anyone who is crazy enough to even think about taking that course to begin with will do so regardless of any prerequisites.
  4. The good news is all that is imagined. Also, let’s start to look at the stuff we are criticizing or praising within ourselves.
  5. Real work, for me, is having the courage to question everything I believe is true. Of course not just in theory, but also deriving the answers from my own direct experience. It’s extremely challenging, especially since I mental illnesses and I’m neurodiverse. However, these days I look at these conditions as an opportunity to learn more about myself; not just as an obstacle. Real life… that’s something I’m still contemplating about. I think that idea is relative. What I see as real, you may not, and vice-versa. As I mentioned before, I’m neurodiverse. It took a long time for me to embrace that. For a long time, I tried to fit in with everyone else. I realize that that doesn’t work for me. Does that make my experience less real?
  6. No worries, I’m sorry as well. I think we are all very charged up about this; it’s part of the process. It’s humbling all of us to how challenging this work really is. Leo’s course will hopefully dispel a lot of the confusion we all are experiencing.
  7. Nope, I discovered him on Twitch.
  8. Important insight from Leo today for those who haven’t read it yet. https://www.actualized.org/insights/actualized-quotes-036
  9. This is also an important pointer. https://www.actualized.org/insights/actualized-quotes-036
  10. I think it’s also important to distinguish between doubt and questioning. Feel free to expand upon or correct the information GPT-4 provided.
  11. That sounds wise. OCD seems to do the opposite. That’s why it’s called the “doubting disorder”. It makes you doubt yourself; makes you need 100% certainty about your obsessions.
  12. I empathize with the pain of thinking you understand something, only for reality to slap you in the face with harsh truths. Asking Leo to give us a definitive answer as to what Consciousness is, then just accepting it blindly is counterproductive and can only lead to more confusion. That’s what makes Leo different. He’s not here to entertain concepts and beliefs about Consciousness.
  13. You clearly didn’t. Let me make it more clear for you:
  14. He already said his stance on enlightenment here:
  15. Nice, I noticed that you took down the pinned topics about enlightenment and nonduality from years ago. Thank you for clarifying your stance.
  16. Some people like myself need to hear that. I come from a family background of asshats who think they know everything. They are foolish, and so am I.

  18. What is your definition of “real work” and “real life”?
