Resolving conflicts from a place of ignorance is likely to make the problem worse in the long-term. That’s not inherently a bad thing, though. Sometimes you need to get dumped with a huge pile of shit to realize that you are acting like shit Yes, this is important.

Consider the possibility of there being no binary answer to this question. If you are seeking one, then that might be what’s keeping you stuck. I know exactly what that is like. Yes, it may appear like that for a while… it may even seem like there’s no way out. However, there’s more to life than what you are currently experiencing. It’s possible to expand your mind, but it won’t be easy contrary to what many spiritual teachers may make it out to be. But, if comfort is what you need at this stage, be willing to embrace that. Notice how you can watch the same movie more than once, yet observe something new that you haven’t during the previous viewing(s).

Yes, I have experienced this on high dose of ketamine. The days and months after the session is when the highs and lows were revealed to me. That’s how I know that psychedelics alone are not enough. And that’s when I became serious about taking back my life.

Just wanted to give an update. I found myself meditating for two hours yesterday (originally only wanted to do 20 minutes). After the session I was still in a meditative state while going about my business. As I was in the shower, the concept I had of myself collapsed (like it has many times before) - pure bliss! Note… I did find myself contemplating impromptu an hour into the meditation session, which could explain how I was able to go deeper. I’m excited to explore more!

Beautiful Bullshit

When you understand Reality at ever deeper levels, you begin to realize that there’s ultimately no “bullshit” state. Paradoxically, you don’t become stupid and want to remain or stay stagnant in lower states. Even more paradoxically, you start to embrace the lower states more than you ever had before - and it’s no problem to You.

Take a look at history. What’s happening now is not fundamentally new.
