    Can confirm I was having a mental breakdown of some sort today after exposing myself to my worst fears (on my own accord). It got so intense that I had the urge to end it all. Despite that, I tapped into my inner power and overcame hell. I’m learning to enjoy overcoming hell, because hell ain’t shit when you see beyond it.

  23. In the early stages it feels like ego death, i.e. an uncomfortable sensation of physically dying. An experience that needs to be slowed down, understood and/or stopped. However, I’m now discovering that it’s more like a shock to your entire system. You’re breaking the “rules” or “script” for how reality should be. It’s like a trapped power you were never aware of revealing itself in all its beauty. Awakening in this context is more empowering; not debilitating.
