I do a type of therapy called Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I guess I’m working my way towards removing the “commitment” and “therapy” part.

Infinite connection is the acceptance of yourself, all of it! Seamless surrendering onto your true nature. To not be awake is simply false identity with self-rejection and separation. That delusion keeps you stuck in imaginary chains. Now let’s dance!

@Moksha It’s becoming obvious that my habitual need to control, maintain, or flaunt special powers/experiences always leads back to self-destructive cycles. The more I allow myself to let go of those desires, the less fear and judgement exists. Life unfolds infinitely wiser than what the imagined person could ever conjure into existence.

I’ve been learning to trust my own direct experience more, rather than going off of what’s to be expected. Even my own doctor is surprised with how cannabis affects me differently than what he’s studied in the literature.
