  1. Yes, what was once nothing is NOW NOTHING! The most beautiful nothing in no existence.
  2. First, notice how you are saying you’re aware but also implying that you’re being tricked.
  3. Doesn’t even need to be a friend. The ones you least expect can become your best friend when you trust.
  4. I love how Mooji has his arms closed, then Rupert Spira opens them. Teamwork!
  5. Be careful here. If you were truly enlightened, you would have a deeper appreciation and respect for human existence. For example, when you look at your doctor, it is possible to still see them as a human doing human stuff, but it’ll be very clear that Consciousness is being a doctor doing doctor stuff in that moment.
  6. Hurt is relative to how you perceive a situation. Higher states of awareness allow you to experience what was once manifested as a major threat to something like indifference or even wonderment. This is one of the reasons why becoming cognizant of groupthink is vital in this work. What other people may tell you is insanity or something to avoid at all costs, you may actually find to be inspiring and exciting. If everyone thought and acted the same way, consciousness would be hella dumb.
  7. So that’s where Jim Carey got that look…
  8. Instead of trying to figure out who is right, discover that Love is being expressed in all facets.
  9. Nice, was not expecting that!
  10. Not being in control sounds scary, yet notice how the need for control severely limits your openness to experiencing reality with clarity. It’s actually scarier to keep the door only partially open, as you’ll endlessly keep speculating and assuming what’s right in front of you. So open the gosh darn door and let the light in. Go from “I wonder if…” to wonderment! And if your door is a doorless door, cool. Approach and open that too!
  11. (I like your word, persist. It’s like the opposite of resist.) Here are some of the points I’m working on: stick to my values surround myself with those who share similar and compatible values identify those who don’t, and create appropriate boundaries to minimize their influence experience discomfort with compassion and flexibility for example, if I share a piece of music that I really love, but my closest friends aren’t into it, let it be. Don’t try to convince them to change their minds, or even make adjustments to the song just to make it more appealing to them seek personal guidance from those who’re much more experienced, and foster a healthy relationship with them daily practice with an open and mindful state
  12. Lucid dreaming seems very woo-woo and new agey. However, for those who are more rational and scientifically minded, there’s a legitimate PhD who studies lucid dreaming for a living. Clare Johnson has been having lucid dreams ever since she was 3 years old, and she was the first person in the world to do a PhD on lucid dreaming as a creative tool. If you’re interested in delving into lucid dreaming but are skeptical of its potential, then Clare Johnson is a great resource. She communicates with a balance of rationality and imagination. I can’t wait to see more scientists evolve and integrate more of the spiritual realm, as it’s a critical aspect that is severely missing in modern science. Clare Johnson gives us a taste that it’s possible to integrate the two..!!
