  11. Ultimately, accept that which is out of your control to change. I’ve had a medical mishap happen a week ago. Instead of blaming the nurse for what had happened, I am looking at it from a place of compassion, empathy, and understanding. She was clearly in a lot of stress, as was I. I accept and forgive her. Update: my doctor private messaged me today and said that thing’s will start healing on its own without any intervention. What a beautiful Christmas gift!

Continue to challenge your beliefs and ideas about yourself. This is not merely about living a good life, it’s about living a holistic one.
