How do you exit from an infinite dream?

After having an awakening experience a couple nights ago, I started experiencing physical sickness the next day and today. It’s great to have such vastly different experiences in such a short period of time.

I feel that. I tend to fall into limerence when I discover someone really attractive.

Observing your mind is huge. Learning to notice when you’re doubting yourself is huge. Not by telling yourself it’s wrong or bad to have doubts, but to simply be aware of what is fueling that doubt. If you’re doubting why you’re doubting, I doubt you figured it out!
