It’s the equivalent of going to a party and telling everyone there that they don’t exist. Why not enjoy the party while realizing that the entire party is GOD?

A couple fast food places that I frequent put a smiley face on my receipt as an act of love. Of course, I see God in the smiley face, but I’m not stupid enough to eat the receipt. I’m also wising up and realizing that they just want my business more, so to hell with fast food!!!

It’s my bias and it works for me. Use whatever psychedelic works for you, if that’s the route you want to take. Just be mindful not to abuse it. I found myself spontaneously meditating while playing a video game a couple days ago. There are times to meditate in this way by being open to it, but it’s also useful to set a practical goal like 5 min a day as well if you’re uncertain.

The mind can justify drinking bleach when given the proper conditions. That doesn’t mean we should tolerate nonsense in that context.

Weed makes me more aware of my body. I take it at nighttime. When the weed peaks, it becomes painstakingly obvious that the food I’d eaten throughout the day was terrible for me. I’ll actualize the mistakes of my ancestors if I continue my selfish ways.

I then used the Google app on my phone, which has a neat music detection feature that not only detects a song that’s playing, but you can even hum the melody. I played the melody, and it detected that it was a Daft Punk song. I listened to it, and was shocked that the melody I supposedly came up with was almost identical to the Daft Punk song. I’ve never even listened to that song prior! How is that possible!!!

People are very good at focusing on bodies, without ever questioning what a body actually is. People are very good at eating and drinking food, without ever questioning what food and drink actually is.

What’s mostly important is to listen to own bodies intuitively. For example, there are people who are highly allergic to peanuts, so they have to avoid it. But for other people peanuts can be really healthy. So it’s important to not label certain foods or categories as absolutely healthy. Ultimately, the body is pretty intelligent and will know when it’s time to adjust your diet. But that takes great awareness of your body to begin with.
