  1. Don’t move on, as in away from yourself. Rather, move towards yourself - towards Love.
  2. Start by practicing in front of the mirror and coaching yourself, observing yourself coaching.
  3. I would recommend therapy. Ideally, someone who will guide you on being autonomous, rather than seeing yourself as a helpless person who needs to be fixed.
  4. I do light therapy every morning. You can get one of those light therapy lamps on Amazon.
  5. I recently approached a woman at a party who was looking real sad. I later on found out that her boyfriend had passed away just a year ago. I’m glad that I didn’t shy away from approaching her during her time of need.

The alternative route (such as psychedelics) are for those who’ve had enough of the mainstream ways of living and want to explore their consciousness in unique ways.
  13. Ketamine treatment for mental health conditions is ~6 sessions in only a 1-3 month span. However, you would have a support system in place + they don’t just accept anybody to do the treatment.
  14. No experience with deities, but I’ve experienced a stronger connection and sensitivity to certain people.
  15. For sure. Your cultural upbringing, religion, environment all play a major role in how you view LGBT. Someone who was brought up in a conservative environment will have a much more difficult time coming out than someone who was brought up in a liberal environment.
