(in response to the Russell Brand “so…….” video) “Free speech” might as well be called “free bullshit” at this point. Maybe people will take themselves less seriously then.

You can experience yourself complete and equal. Beyond physical measurements and comparisons. Even beyond the human notions of completeness and equality, because that, too, is a bias. It’s so mind blowing that you cease to even remember you had a life you were living, because all that would be fucking left is LOVE. -

Trust me, you’ll have a thousand more questions and beyond if you keep convincing yourself that you have to “figure it all out”. -
What you seek is connection; not manipulation. One key moment that changed the trajectory of my entire life was a vivid hallucination about a year ago. I imagined myself about to do one of the most disturbing and heinous acts a human being can possibly do. It’s so evil that I can’t possibly say it on here, as I don’t want to disturb anyone who is not ready to hear such things. The hallucination lasted only a few seconds, but those few seconds were the most real and connected I felt to my inner demons than I ever have in my entire life. This was also the catalyst for serious growth.

I froze up at one point during a date. You know what the solution is?: LAUGH. Laugh so hard that it’s contagious & you loosen up so much to the point that you stop caring about what other people think about you. Context is important, though. You don’t want to be doing this at a funeral. Ah, screw it. Sometimes you can’t help but laugh at the wrong time.

One word: LOVE

I spent time with someone beautiful at a coffee shop and we didn’t order diddly squat. Our presence, alone, paid for itself.

Don’t be myopic. This is a serious issue that has been kept silent for far too long.

That’s why they’re called guidelines; not laws. The bigger question to ponder upon is how does Google handle reports of sexual abuses within their own company culture? Hmm… https://www.cnbc.com/2020/09/29/googles-310-million-sexual-misconduct-settlement-details.html

I highly suggest autonomy being one of your top values if you care about not being swayed by group-think and ideologies of any kind. Which, paradoxically, can make you a much better citizen and asset to society.
-
@Danioover9000 That depends on what your values are to begin with. And how deeply you understand and integrate those values.
-
The responsible thing to do is to take action based on your own values, not solely based on what other people or groups tell you. And own that decision without blaming others or becoming a victim to your own decision.
