I honestly have no idea how I have my shit together on a daily basis, but it’s utter perfection nonetheless! -

People may not exist, but BS certainly does -
This sounds like something I have great difficulties with. I repeatedly wind up forming close connections to people with codependency issues, and I’ve had enough of it. It’s draining my energy and destabilizing my autonomy.

Why not exercise simply because you enjoy it? For example, I wound up doing an unplanned meditation session yesterday and I just let go and basked in it. I also started jogging a few mins in the morning and I feel fantastic

There is no shame in seeing a psychologist, but I will say that it’s very difficult to find a high quality one.

Time is seen as completely made up the deeper you awaken to Truth -
Sorry, I wouldn’t know I’m in the USA. But I also envy you that you’re excited about getting bloodwork done! Many times I get it done there is some difficulty since my veins are very difficult to find. Do you have that problem as well?

Even if you avoid the news, your mind can still find ways to spin up crazy imagery and narratives. Instead of figuring out ways to avoid the news, let’s discover ways to relate to the news more healthily and with openness.

I wouldn’t want to impose my agenda of what gender my child should and shouldn’t be. We would explore that together.

Surprisingly, Claude can be used to talk about sexual topics. You just need to frame your questions properly and have a genuine desire to explore sexuality in a mature way. On the other hand, Claude is intelligent enough to know when you’re trying to use it for quick sexual pleasure and will enact strong boundaries against such conversations. You cannot rape Claude. Respect it!

Pain can also bring you closer connection to those you love and care about. Instead of feeling isolated and alone in that pain, we can discover others who are on a similar journey as us and are open to healing together as a collective. You don’t need to suffer alone.

Do not give up. You still have the potential to get yourself out of a rut. Healing is an arduous journey, but it is one worth processing. Slowly, but surely.

I wonder if you can copy and paste the convo and ask to condense it down to 30 pages 🧐 (Which reminds me, that’s one of the benefits of Google Gemini. There’s an option to shorten or lengthen any response Gemini gives. https://support.google.com/gemini/answer/14262426?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid)

Here is some additional pointers with the help of Claude 3 Opus:

As someone who has abused and hurt many people in my past, what’s really grown me the most is when people closest to me had the courage to leave me. I had no choice but to change after being rejected time after time with my abusive behavior repeating itself. The pain was simply overwhelming. Keep in mind that I don’t have BPD, so I don’t know how she would react to you leaving. But from my own experience, leaving a dear friend of mine with BPD also grew her the most. I left her because I finally knew what it felt like to be abused by someone else. This was the first time I personally experienced deep abuse as an adult.
