No. The hallucinations you get from psychedelic state allow you to imagine your fears in ways that would otherwise not be possible through just talking about it. The goal here is to process it in ways, beyond being a person, the "normal state". In conclusion, the more experience I've had with them, I've also been more confident in vocalizing how useful they've been with professionals. Now when I share psychedelics with mental health experts I'm close with, I'm surprisingly met with genuine curiosity about it, not with criticism or fears for my safety. This was not the case in the beginning, as I didn't have the proper understanding or experience at the time.
