Bodhidharma sat facing the wall. The Second Patriarch stood in the snow. He cut off his arm and presented it to Bodhidharma, crying, “My mind has no peace as yet! I beg you, master, please pacify my mind!” “Bring your mind here and I will pacify it for you,” replied Bodhidharma. “I have searched for my mind, and I cannot take hold of it,” said the Second Patriarch. “Now your mind is pacified,” said Bodhidharma -

When you say: I don’t agree with him!! See, thats why we dont have peace, because we are since down of Times in this process of agree/dont agree. Or in a constant disagreement. I say X and you say Y and is hard to you agree with my C because you have your Y and all the backstories for why your Y makes more sense than my X . And in certain easy topics my X and you Y can live together with no clash, but in some cases the X's and Y's are to strong and to much connected with survival foundations that me and you will not surrender till one of the Letters become sovereign over the other. Where are all humans that use belive and X worldviews? We dont know, they are gone , the Y's killed all of them so today we have only the X's and Z's,F's and a variety of differentiations in agreement and disagreement on and on. Do you agree with me? -

@Danioover9000 cool. I never will be attached by thread anyway. thread /θrɛd/ a long, thin strand of cotton, nylon, or other fibres used in sewing or weaving. "he had a loose thread on his shirt" -
What you guys can add about the Harry and Megan situation? For me as far as I saw in the Documentary. First: When their kids aske about how they meet, they will be able to watch it. Cool. Second: when you are a public figure is in your interest to take in your hands your reputation. What anyone of us would do with media sharing stories about who we were and watching our lifes 24/7. ?

@Danioover9000 true, if it the instituition get extinct it had a good reason to become defunct. A funny question for you, and to be clear I am not mocking, I am just curious. When you write like ... "Based on their stage of development, cognitive and moral development, personality typing, ego development, life experiences and other lines of development in areas of life, ideologies indoctrinated into you from upbringing and culture, down to your genetics and hardwiring and body/mind psychosomatic composition" Do you write this by memory or you have a copy paste ready for everytime you post. I mean, is true, there are those and many other causation factors to how,why and when someone be the way they are. GeneKeys,HumanDesinf,Horoscope,Eneagram,Kabbala... Do you constantly see everything in this multi-lense perspective that is reflected in your writing? I mean, this is gift, Some people barely know anything about their Horoscope. -

I am pasting here the post from Leo Blog related with this topic. Well, I think I dont need any other words than this ones. If this dont make sense to someone I dont know what will make. I lived in London for 1 year and I felt so weird with how some people had bias to this Royal Theater. But many knew and know that is just an attachment for a relic that dont fit anymore the future. Is just a die hard tradition. Royalty & Monarchy Is Toxic January 13, 2023 Prince Harry's autobiography tell-all book is finally being released and it paints an ugly picture of the inner workings of British Royalty. I have never been one to follow the tabloids about the British Royal Family — I've always seen it as nonsense on stilts — but this account is worth reading into because it shows you how corrupting royalty is to the mind and why it should simply not exist. Read this nice Vox summary of the book. There is nothing worse for one's personal and spiritual development than being raised in the lap of luxury, wealth, and privilege. And worse of all is being raised into royalty. You may think it would be like winning the lottery, but unearned wealth, fame, and power are a very toxic thing to the mind, feeding all its weaknesses, biases, and pettiness. Royalty shouldn't exist not merely because it is grossly unfair to hard-working people all around the world, but because it is even toxic to those inside the family. Royalty is not a proper position for anyone in the world because it is fundamentally anti-democratic, anti-egalitarian, anti-meritocractic, and anti-spiritual. Nobody on this planet deserves to be royalty because fundamentally everyone is of equal spiritual worth. No one should be born into any special positions of privilege, nor should anyone even be allowed to work their way into such positions. These positions are designed for nothing but ego and simply shouldn't exist. The very concept & structure of royalty is one of the greatest scams perpetrated on the human race. It is the spiritual duty of any wise & developed individual to quit any schemes of royalty they were born under. In not doing so they are cowards and frauds, and they should be look upon as fools. Anyone wearing a royal hat — unless it's a Halloween costume — is to be mocked and ridiculed until they feel embarrassed for thinking that this ploy would actually fool anyone. One of the best decisions you can make in your life is to reject the pursuit of luxury & status. Simply make the decision to reject them once and for all, and never look back. You will have lost nothing, I promise. There is nothing that will kill your happiness & spiritual development more than the desire for luxury & status. Do not get ensnared by these frivolous fabrications of man. Focus instead on your existential connection to life & consciousness. Focus on challenging yourself to pursue the highest levels of psychological development — this is the real crown jewel. How dumb do you have to be to think that you can replace God with a man-made hat and have a satisfying life? Happiness does not come in hat form — unless it's one of my goofy Halloween hats! Do not envy these high-status celebrities, politicians, and hedge fund babies. Their privileged position means that they will never become as strong, as developed, as happy, as conscious as you. The good life is not measured in luxury and comfort, it is measured in how hard you work to polish yourself into a serious, solid character. This journey requires external pressures and challenges that test you to your core — where no rich daddy can come and bail you out. Character & consciousness is forged in the furnace of emotional labor. And all that luxury and pampering is precisely the avoidance of emotional labor. Prince/King Charles is so spoiled that he has servants prepare his toothbrush every morning by squeezing toothpaste onto it for him with white gloves. I couldn't make this shit up! Just imagine what kind of rotten ego that must lead to. I don't even want to know. One of the things I'm most grateful for in life is that I was born into a relatively unprivileged immigrant family that struggled with money. Just knowing from a young age that I would have to work hard to support myself shaped the core of my character. It gave me a serious edge which I would not have if my family was financially secure. If you want to raise a good child, do not give them any more financial support then they would get in an upper middle-class family. You cannot buy good character nor psychological development for your children — which is the biggest thing they need to ace life. But you can teach it to them, by first embodying it yourself. Be ware, the human mind & body are very prone to spoilage when not sufficiently stressed. Therefore, do not wish for the easy life and do not envy those who seem to have it easy. You are not looking for easy, you are looking for meaningful. You are looking to undertake your own personal hero's journey, full of challenge & growth. And you don't need any handouts or shortcuts. The journey is the reward. -

Again. Not even if the child started the situation give the adult the consent to escalate it to the final conclusions or having sex with the child. I dont have space to tell the story but a friend of my young sister long ago fancy herself to me. I was 30 an the girl as 15. I could take advantage of the situation I wanted and claim she had started everything. I made the choice to act with integrity and tell her to go fancy to boys her age. In another set of circunstances, look what happen when you ignore age and just do what the kid wish: https://people.com/crime/mother-arrested-allowed-10-year-old-son-get-tattoo/ -
What are the best quality sources you guys know and use to improve your writing skills? Websites, books, podcasts, apps.. I mean, not only writing a novel, although writing stories are amazing, but more about the structure to write, in a way that make your message more readable and generates congnitive flow in the reader. More about the order of delivering the message is a organized way. Like for example the heros journey model that is used as the arc to stories. But probably there are other models for different functions like if you want to write about a topic that you like. Ex: The power of Sound- How sound can be used as a healing tool. Or when you plan a workbook. So in this case what could be the sequence of explanation that would make more sense to use as structure to built the text? A structure that makes intuitive sense for the reader.

I am following this Dan Koe guy, that I can see by his Blog that he follows Leo Gura too, because he have similar way of speaking, so he is in a sense Emulating Leo and of course putting his own style on writings and YouTube videos He was one that made me resparke my desire to write more and to perfect the craft. And will be extra hard to me because English is not my first language (I am brasilian). But is worth to take a look in his media and way of delivering his message. https://thedankoe.com/ Letting clear that I did not made any of his paid courses so I am not endorsing him. After doing th me course I will be able to say if is top content or not, but the free blog delivers a lot of juice.

Once in a community I lived a guy came in the middle of the night 2Am and he knocked in the house of this woman that was alone with her baby. This guy was a junkie coming from the middle of the forest, barefoot, stoned as hell, listening voices an so, totally space out. I was sent to take care of the situation. We Gave a shelter to the guy for one day, food and so. But in the kitche I noticed that the guy was not just a lost soul in the woods. He had came from another community where he caused turmoil as a pothead as he was. And truly was impossible to have a sane conversation with the guy, triggered with anything one say, everything was took personal. And we there were a community where everyday had a certain pace and stuff to do, similar to a Zen Monastic life. So, the guy felt good there, nice vibe, beautifull people, lake, girls, music.. and he decided by himself he wanted to stay. So you may think the most compassion would be embrace him and with time he would maybe become more grounded, let go the Haxixe. Yes, this would be possible, but in the moment there was not space for it. He came without asking, just invaded the land, so we took him to the bus station and give money to travel and Food. Anyone in their self-righeous stand would think we should make more effort to help him and so. But no, the decision was made by what felt to be the rigth thing in the moment since the community never ment to be a recovery center to toxic-dependents. So for me diplomacy is the art of wise leadership. Sometimes will make sense to apply feminine compassion and Sometimes a more Masculine one. Decisions need to be made everyday. -

The selfish mind dont want Truth and Love, it wants to rationalize everything in other to keep being selfish and it will burie the feeling of shama and guilt the maximum it can in order to keep the satisfaction of its desires: Lust, Guttoneri,Lazyness, Robbery, Webcam bussiness, Human traffic and so fort. How do I know it? I did it in some aspects of my life and still do in others. The point is: If I ask myself: Did you ever visited Russia? The answer is No! I know that I never visited Russia. So I know that saying yes is lying to myself. So you can create elaborate Absolutist arguments in your mind to justify pushing your Dick in the Vagina of a child that did not reached the stage to have intercourse and that don't have the congnitive capacity to know what is true love from lustfull manipulation. You can try to lie to yourself but you know your are lying, and you do it because serves you. Is not only man, woman to. There is a Netlix Doc about two twin brothers abused by their mother. Man what a story. Is not about asking God if "he" cares about "your "fantasies, is about if "you" care. And if you dont care, there no need to use the Absolute to Justify anything, the Absolute take care of "you" when your time comes. This conflations are sneaky. I had to face them on me many times in Ayahuasca. (Yes,this plant can show a lot of the unconscious shit we carry) And Looking to all the Shadows in my behavior. The confusion of having mode with Being mode. Of respecting the sovereignty of every one. Yes, You reach some ligth moments, but the dark corners of the unconscious too, the stuff hidden under the carpet. As Jung said somewhere. Enlightenment is not imagine ligths, is to iluminate the dark so that all that is unconscious became conscious. And guess what?when you become fully conscious you cant use a person. You can't even look to glass of water, you are to conscious for looking to "things" as "objects" for your "personal" use. I think the episode How to become a Zen Devil have good takes on this topic and the episose of Conflating Absolute and Relative. -

These days I am listening to the whole series of Jonh Vernaeke about the Crise o Meaning, where he lecture from Pytagoras, Sócrates,Aristotales,Plato and so he reach in the episode below where he talk about Gautma Siddharta and he leaving the palace ( indulgence, Having mode) to his path.. so Jonh as Vipassana pratictioner point out the topic of Attention and he pells the onion about it in a particular way that I never heard anybody talking about. For me particularly both in daily live meditation and when I participate in Medicine Plant retreats I notice how hard is to sit undistracted and have the mind not to lose not to tigth. Mainly in the retreats because if you ever go to a Ayahusca circle I tell you, good look trying to be with your eyes closed and dont let anything distract you from the insigths you are recieving. Is a challenge that with time I had learn to appreciate, and when is too much I just leave the room to be alone. Is not new for us that the big thing both online and offline is that attention is not a valuable coin these days, people are givin it for free. So summarizing, below I share the videos related to this. Better watchign the whole series, but this one and the next one helped me to realize some pratical stuff for me to apply in my practice. Hope you guys like. Is not, you always can ignore and follow your way. -

Eric Fromm about Modal Confusion Love • Having Mode: Love in the having mode is possessive as one seeks to control and limit the freedom of the other person. • Being Mode: In the being mode, one respects the autonomy and self-determination of their partner. Further, the focus of one’s actions are motivated by a desire to give rather than to receive https://wiseandshinezine.com/2022/04/16/erich-fromm-on-having-versus-being/ -

One of the reasons i found him is that when I listen Podcast I search for people who are quoted, not all but the ones who call my attention. This Vernake I heard on this guy podcast. And In Vernkake series he gives book recomendations while he teach. For me he is a evolved version of Jordan Peterson, they even had a debate online. -

Again, all depends on what one consider "sucess" or even "philantrophy. Philantropy means "Love for humanity" so I could be a sucessfull philantrophist by traveling to Africa and Distribuiting GummyBears for kids to save then from Starvation? GummyBeard are energy anyway, and they are rich in collagen from PigBones. Maybe MrBeast could use his skill to make videos viral to make Actualized.org have more views, likes and Subscriptions. Would he be able to do that with videos of 3 hours? No so easy. Why? Because with all this incentive for short hits of dopamine the attention spam of more minds are getting shorter. Not only young college kids. I ready shared Leo Videos with friends who are active in Psycadelics and the feedback I got: Sorry man! a 3 hour video is longer than a Netflix movie, I dont have time for that. If we're going to relativize here, nothing wrong with MrBeast Videos, his videos are God, his videos are infinity and so, but in the social influence arena, are this content is having a direct effect, not different than the effects of me going to África to share candy for kids and calling that helping humanity to grow. The problem is this quantitative mindset instead of a qualitative and this mindset of " Anything that catch eyeball serve" Yes, catching eye ball is important as Dan Koe speaks about, but then, after catching eye ball that will you serve? What Value? This morning I was in the phone for 2 hours with a friend, I forgot to have breakfast, so valuable was the talk. Would I give my time just because he called me? No, he got my attention and respected it by offering good insigths. Some jokes, but overall good ideias and feedback. Do MrBeast respect the time he is getting from his audience? -

I took time to see the MrBeast Video going to Antartica. This one: So, with 42 so I just can laugth about it, and I take it as less usefull than a used napkin. But, when I was 12 maybe I would be inspired by the "Goonies" vibe that he shows in the video. I loved to go in Adventures in Nature, so I would love that video. But would be for me very weird to consume that in my 14 and up. Would be like dieting on Haribos thinking it would give sustainance to live. Youtube is not so different than supermarkets, easy to find junkfood, difficult to find whole food nutrient rich. I am watching Jonh Vernaeke series, that is food. But what can one do, preferences go changing with time. I dont know why, but for me the video came with Brasilisan voice, the exact same voice that was used when I watched the the comedy in the trailer bellow. By the way, the Goofy style of MrBeast resemble the guy in the movie, a guy doing low cost and low quality nature documentaries with a team high on weed. What is that guy who made an exposition where he simply put a toilet in the room and called that Art? -

I am not aware of how all the media info sharing work. Maybe Vice Team had a way to get the info first hand. We know how it works in media industry, every one wants to be the first to get the news first, so Vice as a instituition is working for its survival by getting some "fresh food" out there to create content. Dont come to my mind any other case that was made difficult because of the media coverage in the past, but for sure someone can remember. There was in history any case where the veredict was affected by what the population recived from the media? I think I saw this in a movie.
