For me the 2 stages kind of merge. Or overlaps. And to be true, in daily life is hard to live by the most deep realizations. The judgments, the inpatience, the need to watch the whole freak show around and still keep the hearth open is not easy. Sometimes one must make the choice of being resilient or simply make the choice for the sake of the sanity of my own nervous system, of the health and yes of the survival of this body. And recongnize you cant and dont need to save anyone, and not even your body or self, but in the moment what you have is this, this life to express your gift, and this gift will not blossom unless you are health and fit and sane, even if is to be sane enogth for a total let go with 5Meo.

This a a slippery tipic of conflation of absolute and relative. In ordinary state I can if I want, to remind myself that the other is just being a prick to myself. But if I am in a state I act from that state, so I am in a normal state of being defensive I will be defensive or even very agressive ig the situation demands. No strings attached. I think is pretty obvious and impossible to not correlate this two things. We can relativise as we wish saying that " but there are Wealthy people who have bad diets, or that there are Unwealthy people that dicipline themselfs to eat wholefoods and bla bla.. Yes I belive all is possible, but in the end of the day if you have access to good nutrition, fruits, minerals, supplements, medical care etc.. the chances of a good cognitive flow is granted. If your body and mind are working in optimal level than insigths come clear. The thing is that this correlation goes both ways. To improve your diet and close nutritional gaps you must earn better to be able to get better quality nutrition and avoid contaminants, but at same time to cognize better to earn better you still will need to in some form close the nutrition gap. You are what you eat? What are you feeding yourself daily? I can see clearly the difference in my daily thougths and even dreams when I feed myself properly and when I dont. I and can normaly have good quality food, although I know I can get much better in it with more income to invest in better organic foods, medicinal mushrooms, etc.. Is not a question of lack of shops and sources of good food anymore, is a question that this resources are not cheap. So , lets have compassion when we see some people that cannot function well. Just see what kind of nutrition they are pouring down into their system in a daily basis and for years. Think for example of people like the ones in a recent Leo video from Philiphines I think, who eat food from the bins.
