Watching the Podcast and liking it so far. What I am noticing in me in this an many podcasts is that they are sort of good in doing the identification process. Or like in mathematic equations we say, undertanding the equation. And yes,I never liked math but what I learned is that you cant solve a problem if you cant understant the equation first.
