So, if this reality is consciousness dreaming everything and everything is dream up why would consciousness need two dreamscapes? One at nigth opaque,shadowy,sometimes chaotic where nothing make sense and another very ultraHd,constant,with a continuation narrative and more sense of agency? If reality is not physical why the need to rest at nigth and have dreams in order to clean up the brain from neurotoxins, why this dreams where I can fly with my car, meet known and unknow people and places that I only visit there( if one could call dreams a place) But yeah,Why two dreams? Why not just one dream with not need of separation like two different movies? The day time session and nigth time session?

Imagine you dream that you found a psycadelic substance and in the dream you ingest it and have a mindblowing experience. Well, the substance you found is in itself a figment of consciousness causing some sort of effect on itself. There are many elements one may find in dreams, but some have more impact then others. Some plants you find in dream can kill you in the dream or make you trip that you are dying.

As someone who goes to Ayahusca ceremomies with some frequency I can tell you this is true. Of course with time you can learn to ignore the songs and focus in something more important than mantra vocalulary. Anyway, if one cant even enjoy good music as part of the meditation or being conscious of the músic as another figment of consciousness is a good indication that there is more work to be done.

Dont care of what one or another makes me say, when you dream at nigth do you speak the same way you do here in your daily rumblings? For me my dreams are very silent, only image and sometimes even touch feelings like when you hug someone, but never sounds, unless are sounds coming from the room and invading the dream because we can close our eyes but we never close our ears. My question is why dreams at all? Why not only a ongoing daily life illusion with no need of this nigth crazy dreams aspect? Of course is one among infinite possiblities in infinity but I feel some guys in this Forum use Leo verbiage to avoid contemplate deep and just use his topics to simplify the process of questioning everything. What is a Dream? Everybody say they have dreams but you only have acess to yours so is interesting to be curious about it.

My practice is by singing,composing and playing percurssion. I can see clearly that when I am present my voice have a different power than if I and not nourished,strong and focused. Maybe any practice that involves creation is a good one to get feedback. But of course is not about practice just for feedback, practice because you are in love for doing it.

Sometimes instead of geometry I see perfect images of faces on my trips, thousands of them, and I realize that is not difficult to consciousness generate faces of other people from scratch. I even see my own face in many expressions, like, my own face is held in consciousness as a figment. An infinite library of shapes,contrasts,shadows,on and on. If one would construct a perfect dreamscape one would need not only a defined amount of shapes,colors,movements,perspectives,sounds,smells,feelings....

@Leo Gura this is for me so obvious that I don't understand how so many here keep coming with this question. Even the state of consciousness I have early in the morning differs from when I eat a good breakfast. If I would aim to keep the highest states I reach under effect of psycadelics I would need to be constantly using it. Would be like having sex the whole day.

In my inner work I keep stumbling in this same stuff where I am having strong visions but the sense that I am one being having visions is still there. A viewer and the visions as something "other". Does not matter how much I affirm to myself the mantra "That is you" the subtle division keep coming. Is not easy but one must keep trying.

So like in magic tricks, the question is understanding how the trick work?

Difficult but try to eat a big dish of black beans before going to sleep. Only black beans, nothing else. First will be Difficult to fall asleep but you eventually go and when you go into dreams the beans will keep you a bit awake and than get ready for surprises.

I just know one thing for sure. That when your consciousness goes sufficiently high, then reality start getting very interesting. Some get scared of it others get curious.

@BlessedLion afraid of a course that was not even released. For God sake, chill a bit. From my part, I am having good friends, enjoying good and bad times in life, not fully financial free yet but so what? I cant blame Leo for anything in my life, I just can thank for at least his example of speaking up what he want and thanks to that openness I got some good material to work on myself. You don't need to become an Alien if you don't want it kiddo!!

Anything you can do God can do. The proof is that you are actually doing it. I drive cars even in my dreams. Of course sometimes in dreams they work in a wacky way, flying high as cars in GTA, but that also is a possibility inside God Mind.

@bensenbiz study all you can about Boundaries. Even videos from Leo about Gaslighting,People pleasing helps, but you need to adapt to your own circle of friends and bullshiters. For me I tent to be kind as a rule but keeping myself aware of lines being crossed to much. I am currently reading a book from this woman Karin Kuschik 50 expression that make you life ligther. Is a german book do I dont know if there is an English version yet. The german title is 50 Sätze,die das Leben Leichter Machen. Of course that memorizimg stuff to say is not the same as knowing how to say in the moment buy for me is good to study situations that happens with others since in human realm behaviors use to repeat a lot.

The way I see and struggle with this is the following. When I dream I am gone, the sense of selfhood is very low or even none, is just the dream going on as a movie, running solo and there is little or no coherence. I still remeber a bit of the last nigth, running around a sort of building with crazy arquitecture, even a lake on the higher floors. Then I wake up and again I am here in this same recurrent reality where the ideia of physical is the rule, is something that one cant philosophise away. Even the ideia that the nigth dreams are dependent and based on this ground here is very strong. Because as far as I know I only dream when I go to sleep and when I wake up I call that wake real life. I never assume is the opposite or that is both the very same thing. Is absurd to think that dreams exist in another separated dimention and this wake up life now is another room. The same when in psycadelics where I may be in very intense visions and I can stand up go to toilet and go back sit down and enter in visions again, and I ready understand that, no matter if I am with closed eyes or open eyes there are visions everywhere. I can understand that whatever vision I am having is me being conscious of vision like figments, But the sense of materiality if difficult to understand as a figment or let go of this figment of physicality, this the stronger one, imagine losing the whole feeling of being physical, at nigth I can fly from one scene to other, I dont even feel to have a face or body, is just a floating eye watching whatever it comes to see, I even saw my own face in a mirror while dreaming or in psycadelics but what would be insane would be wake up and realise you dont have a body, that even this very body is being dreamed up out of nothing and no one. So, only a deception with infinite strings to be able to keep this show as it is.

There is always a amount of control you will need to impose in order to live in balanced relationships. Lets call it boudaries. For example, when talking with a family member is subtle the moment when due to the familiarity the member( mother,father,brother..) can forget some boundaries that they respect with strangers but they think they have free pass to cross with you. If you allow it, they will pest you with unecessary coments, monologue or a pletora of behaviors that cross the limits of your self-respect and values. Sometimes I even need to adjust my tone of voice to a more firm one when I notice that a unconscious member is acting out of drama,trauma based or just by simply stupidity. So watch you time,energy and allowance as a hawk, otherwise they will drag you to their shit pools.

I am watching a documentary about star observatories and realizing that actually they are observatories of consciousness. The movie is called "Life behind the stars" Is great to observe some gaps in the science narrative.

Did @Leo Guraever gone to Amazom to heal the thyroid with some HuniKuin Healer or Shipibo or so? I know one that works specificaly with Throat, and even applyba medicine and chant that open up your voice to sing, compose songs and aquire super memory. May that would help.

Well , I feel the call to start officialy giving guidance for people to start their baby steps into Awakenings and possibility of the Total Awakening or God Realization but I still honestly think and feel I need some 5meo experience to consideryself fully realized, even when Leo himself say there is no end for this journey. So Leo, do you think one need to at least do some 2 ,3 , 4 ... 5meo to embarc into giving guidance or is possible to do it as one go? You yourself was giving some pointers years ago and later gave higher instructions when you reached new levels. I am not asking your permission of course, just asking your perspective.

@Leo Gura I dont get why others get so triggered by someone being confrontational online. For me I am more curious about this Alien Cosncioussness course than offended by any word spoken in any tone. I ready have people speaking bullshit in the wrong tone in my life and it hurts to see, so for me to hear or read some crazy truth even if is shouting is a plus.
