  2. @khalifa I think he also mentions this scenario in his "How to eliminate negative thoughts" Or "How to be optimistic"
  3. So what happens after life? Why become enlightened? Is not getting enlightened bad for us in the after life?
  4. One thing that i'm working towards is being able to type 100 words per minute that way i could journal faster and just let my thoughts fly through my mind without the limitation of having to type and then think

  7. You could try to join a YMCA near you if you want
  8. @Samuel Garcia http://theinvisiblementor.com/einstein-distraction-index-a-method-of-deep-focus/ Also read everyday for a certain amount of time. You could start with 10 minutes and than increase it by 5 minutes every week but you MUST DO IT, if you start dont miss a day. And last find a good position in which is comfortable for you to read. I prefer reading on a desk with a nice comfortable desk chair. Hope this helped
  9. @Leo Gura Leo is amazing
  10. Leo did you ever become a millionaire? From the affirmation video you posted about 2 years ago you said one of your affirmation was "I am a millionaire" so im just wondering.
  11. Check out the six pillars of self esteem
  12. This is what i started working on @step1 November 1st happened to be the day that i started getting back on track. I have been trying to improve my life for a while now. I have come to a realization of one of the main reasons why i have been failing in the past with trying to stick to my habits was because i wanted success and results quickly. As a result i always started with a big list of challenging habits that were pretty tough to do at a beginner level. So now after looking back at all the time i wasted. I realized that i should of just started slow. That's one thing that i recommend you. It was like a big blind spot to me when i asked people for advice on the internet and they said to me to start slow. So on November 1st i started with 20 minutes of meditation. I told myself that i would try to do this habit everyday no matter what. I also told myself that from now on i'm going to add a new habit to my list of habits every week. I think this is a little to much though. I have been drinking only water and taking cold showers for so long now that i don't really consider them in my habit list because of how somewhat ingrained they have become in me. So, so far i have been able to stay on track. Now i have 20 minutes of meditation & 20 minutes of taking a walk outside. Next Tuesday i plan to add reading 20 minutes a day to my list. One thing that i recommend you do when you feel like you become overwhelmed to the point where you think you're going to fall of track is taking your foot of the gas a little bit and toning things down just for a little bit longer. Till those things have on your habit list become easier for you to do. Another thing i want to add to my habit list is No PMO. One problem that i see though is that if i immediately cut that thing off from my life that i will fall of pretty quickly because of how an addiction it somewhat became in my life. So now what i'm doing is keeping record of how many times i do it every day for the whole week and then once i want add that habit i'll calculate the average amount of times i do it every week and just scale back that number a little bit every week. Like for example if i do it 12 times a week. Then i might allow myself to just do it no more than 10. And then next week not allow myself to do it more then 8. I also plan on reading a book on how to cure this addiction to by the way so that might help me a little bit even more to succeed. So yea that's pretty much it for the most part. Hope this helped. Get right!
  13. What would happen if we mediated in front of a mirror for about a year or so would that get us into enlightenment quicker? Just a thought
  14. @ Everyone that commented: i'm just saying this cause i mean like we arent the mind or body or anything for that matter so i just think observing ourselves (thoughts) and observering ourself through the mirror could be something interesting cause im mean like you observing yourself observering yourself
  15. I'm so confused as to what i should do. Should i keep reading this book about the law of attraction to improve my life while at the same time be trying to work on enlightenment? Its very paradoxical cause in this book it talks about us being able to control our thoughts and stuff and how we should change our predominant mental attitude if we wish to change our life but at the same time Leo talks about how there is no free will. So what should i exactly be doing? Should i work on my self and chase my tail and then come to a conclusion where i come to find that these things actually don't satisfy me so then i focus on enlightenment ? I don't have a job i just finished high school like 2 months ago, i feel as if i'm going to be social anxious around people and awkward which is something that is keeping me from getting job. I'm just so confused on life and don't know what to do. Right now i'm trying to create a routine and implement habits that could improve me. What do you guys think i should do? BTW i don;t even know if any of the stuff i said here makes sense i'm just complexly confused on life right now.
  16. @Leo Gura Thanks hearing this was really helpful. I just hope it could all turn out good in the end. Wish me luck.
  17. Leo have you read this book called the master key system? If you have what are your thoughts on it relating to the whole spectrum of life. And if you haven't read it yet can you give it a read? You probably won't though because this stuff is probably all behind you now and your to advance for this type of material. But heres the link to the book. http://wyzend.com/master/index.php
  18. @Rashid yea its a good book i haven't finished it yet. I'm just thinking like whether i should stop reading it or not because this is somewhat the opposite of what Leo talks about.
  19. I'm just try to stick with learning more about the world and keep watching Leos videos. I feel really fogged minded because of my unhealthy habits like - lack of sleep - bad food - no exercise - not completely doing what i got to just to much information to process right now
  20. Life sucks. Fuck you life. You can suck my
  21. @kurt yea that's something i have been thinking along the lines of this whole time. Like getting good karma and stuff to bring about the right people material and knowledge but one thing that gets me is like what causes me to think this way or allows me to think this way. And then thinking back to what Leo says which is that thoughts simply arise from a special "nowhere" which is why there is a variety of life forms and different life experiences because thoughts => create conditions, experience, and our environment. But not just any type of thoughts but more like our predominant mental attitude which is made up of the thoughts that we think on a daily basis so therefore when we concentrate our thoughts on something for a extended period of time it then gets sent to the subconscious which then the subconscious sends to the universal mind to become a reality because the universal mind is "the only creator that there is" but also that both universal mind and subconscious are one in the same well actually all mind is one in the same but just different in degree so with this being said the universal mind which is the life principle of atoms than directs and creates atoms to bring out about life experiences and such and such. Life is confusing sorry if you don’t understand this, this just shows how confused I am myself.
