@Corte Thanks I have made some adjustments to my challenge and I see it as something more doable or something more realistic to achieve now. But one thing I'm struggling with now is actually getting back on track. Like I keep seeing that I'm just saying that ill just start tomorrow again and again. Its been about two days or three days now that I been off track really badly. Thanks for your input

@jcgiusto Thanks I will just allow myself to watch entertainment because its better being on track doing something that would help oppose to something that I cant accomplish because the bar is to high. I also found out that I want things to happen quick like getting quick results which is why I put so much things on my 30 Day Challenge. Thanks again

*** BEST ROUTINE THAT I FOUND TO WORK FOR ME, HELPING ME TO CONSISTENTLY WAKE UP EVERY MORNING *** 1. Calculate when to go to bed and wake up so that you still get 8-9 hours of sleep. Example: Since I wake up at 4:30 my bed time is 8:30. But I'm not to hard on myself as in having to sleep at that time on the dot I just go by when I feel sleepy. 2. I make sure to just prepare for the next day 7:00 pm. The things I do is clean my room, wash dishes, and just think of things I got to do tomorrow. 3. At 7:30, I make sure to cut off all bright lights, not use any type of electronics, and I just read instead. You could do whatever though even meditating if you want or catching up on some paperwork. 4. I make sure that I have 2 water bottles next to my bed. I drink 3/4 of one water bottle to make it so that I feel like peeing in the morning, that way I could wake up early at the time I need to and also as a way of forcing me to get out of bed. But make sure you don't drink to much though and if you did drink too much and wake up at 1:30 am at night to go pee just drink more water. 5. I set one alarm and put it at a somewhat far distance that causes me have to get out of bed to turn it off. This is pretty much it. Some other things you could do is practicing sleep habits.
