  2. How do you guys recommend i start meditating? Leo has a couple of videos on meditation but which one should i start off with? Leo says that the do nothing technique has brought him more results in 30 days then regular meditation has over 2 years. So how should i start meditating? And if you guys say to do the do nothing technique cause its the best can i do it with my eyes closed or do my eyes have to be open?

Now the real question to me is if a religious person like a christian took this psychedelic that Leo was talking about in his most recent video would they stop believing in the God they know or would it just reinforce their belief even more? Cause think about it in the King James Bible (the one and only true bible from what i have heard and experience myself but i'm not really religious anymore but at the same time i'm not completely closing of my mind from the fact that maybe the bible is real and that we are just being deceived by this new age "self help stuff") says something about burning in hell for eternity or being in heaven forever and ever and that is something that a christian would believe so it might make them think that this infinity they are experiencing is just what is to come for them in the after life or whatever. What are your guys thoughts?

  6. @Spacious Okay but one doesnt need it to be on a vegan diet, all they need is to eat organic. Period. Enough said.

  9. Is it just me or when ever i take a cold shower i feel like im about to get hit with a hammer (not always) or if i see a razor, my mind imagines what it might feel like to get cut or whatever. Like its really painfully taking cold showers for me Lol
  10. @Spacious I don't think that a person needs supplement b12 to survive on a vegan diet because bananas contain about all the vitally nutrients that our body needs.
  11. I hate cold showers. I been taking them for about 2 months now, They are extremely pain full at the beginning.
  12. Well just sticking to the habits that you think will get you to success is ultimately what I think we should do I guess. You cant take the elevator to success because in the long run it wont last I guess.

  17. Is it a good approach to cut off all entertainment and try doing nothing instead? I'm currently struggling with this 30 day challenge I set for myself. Its my 2nd 30 day challenge but I have already failed about 5 to 6 times within 2 weeks. I plan on getting back on track tomorrow. The place that I find myself failing this challenge is when the weekend comes and I have nothing to do. I'm currently in high school BTW. I somewhat struggle with social anxiety, a little bit of depression, in social situations I see that my energy is very low, and I don't really socialize so therefore I'm somewhat awkward. So that's why I really don't have nothing to do on the weekends. I basically don't allow myself any stimulation because of how my 30 day challenge is setup. To give you guys a glimpse at my 30 day challenge somethings I got on it are - NoFap - Eat Healthy - Fasting (Starting Friday before 5 PM till Saturday 5 PM) <== The worst part because I get cravings of eating - No entertainment: Random wasteful YouTube video, random internet surfing, Netflix or any type of shows, worldstarhiphop, and listening to too much music <== Main source of entertainment - Waking up at 4:30 So what do you guys think I should do?

  19. @Lorcan Meditation is more like trying not to think about anything and instead seeing thoughts as clouds which pass by that you don't get caught up in. Its more of like something you trying to do. Doing nothing technique is just letting yourself to do whatever and just observing everything, even if you get caught up on thought stories.
