  15. Hi, everyone! Now I need an advice for staying more awake during the day soon I am moving to Colombia. I will get a kind of independence that will make my comfort zone because I won't live with my toxic mother. And after a long time of not working, I will get a job probably because I am gonna search it and I have some skills like my languages. But I have a huge problem I got used to working too much on myself: 1. Visualizing - cant wake up without that 25 minutes 2.100% responsibility affirmation - cant stop I will judge my mother 3. Meditation - Cant sleep well without that one 4. Concentration - 12 minutes a day for every hand 5. Reading - for at least 1 and a half hour 6. Playing chess - 15 minutes 7. Running - necessary every second day at least for sleeping better So now how to maintain me for working at least 7 hours a day? Because without this stuff I kind cant work normally doesn't know what to do because at least I should be wake up 16 hours for all of this. And I sometimes become sleepy in 12, 13 hours.
  16. Because it used to make me less capable of meditation... That problem is solved I think I even discover how to be awaked more time that was a huge problem. I suffer from ego distraction I give m best to awaken but he is so damn powerful it's like a demon that I plant in myself. It's just so hard to explain everything. The best thing is I learned how to awaken more time during the day so I have time for all my activities.
  17. I have a bad ghost that destroying my life now I cant meditate and because of that I cant achieve anything better so I dont know what to do with it.
  18. It's not that easy I try to meditate man but I just cant I can do only for 7 or 13 minutes but not 20 constantly. The thing is I don't know what to do how to solve this problem. I was thinking about going to Colombia where there are chemists because here in Europe no one does it scaring ghosts. At this point I have ruined no money no emotional life stable etc. even more when I cant meditate. Now I am going to try strong determination siting.

Hi everyone I am worried about my future because I don't know how to handle my ego and at the same time working in a job that demands a lot from me because I sleep 7 hours but I am awake 12 and at my job I will have to work from 8 to 12 hours but I don't know where should get the time for playing chess, visualizing, meditating and jogging that relaxes me in the fight against my own ego. I spend at least 3 hours doing these exercises for some. I have an example if I come home and I haven't meditated should I feel asleep and if something goes wrong while I sleep then to meditate. Because when I meditate and I am sleepy sometimes the ego gets inside me and hurts me so I don't know If I should keep on meditating because sleeping whit your ego hurts you. Please if someone has an advice thank you!

Yes I know but y by picking you can increase it by picking up dead time and that's the point where it starts to hurt you that's why I love to visualize for example last night I slept too little during the night but in the morning I slept like 4 hours but now its to late to visualize. Because I am very stuck in my life that's why I visualize. And now I learned to visualize properly not like before I am doing the visualization much more powerful the visualization(obligation) is connected to the passion but also meditation, therefore, I also need to do concentration and mindfulness.
  21. Hello! Sometimes I feel very passionate playing chess and seeing a chessboard on the desk. But I speak 5 languages and like to train a lot street workout but I am not quite sure what to choose from these three I really but really feel happy when I see a chessboard and its figures. The other thing is that I just started with 19 years to play chess isn`t that too late? I mean can I do something maybe better maybe with my five languages? At the momment, I am 22.   22. Well, I am sorry for you guys but I downloaded a self-motivational speech for visualizing and thought that vision I started to see myself as a street workout. So I started to do visualization of fitness or something similar and I really started to enjoy it I also bought the life purpose course that helped me a lot. And even I suffer from ego obsession I progressed a lot but LOT and decreased the quantity of anxiety. Thanks anyway for your answers. At the moment I am trying to get independent but sometimes I fail. I sleep in the bad bed sometimes I am scared but step by step I am becoming much more confident.
