  1. People who take mind altering substances are very aware that perception can shift easily.
  2. I am not Enlightened. I question sometimes if there even is a permanent state like Nirvana. But as far as meditation goes, it's like going to the gym but for your mind. You go to the gym and work out, then you take that strength and fitness gained out into the world. Well same deal with meditation; You sit each day and your focus/attention and peace of mind etc increases.

  5. Simple question I'm asking for your opinion on here. We've all had our own Glimpses/Experiences/Moments of the Truth of Reality. But is there a Finality? Is there a state when the Fire is Blown Out and What Remains... Remains? Thoughts?
  6. I actually mostly agree with @Prabhaker Kundalini + Awakening Chakras is more like a Symptom of Correct Meditation.
  7. You can start here: http://www.katinkahesselink.net/kr/kundalini.html
  8. In my view, people do drugs to escape the natural condition. People drink to escape the natural condition. People watch TV, eat tons of food and so on etc, to escape the natural condition. It's a game of trying to fill the void inside. But what would fill that void better than these temporary fixes? Kundalini. There's your ultimate high.
  9. Have you experienced this in meditation? If so where? Forehead, Crown? Please explain. Etc?
  10. Maybe it's because we are really exhausted from non stop action and incessant thinking.
  11. "Every Breath we Take, That is the Meditation. Every Step we Take, That is the Martial Art."
  12. Recently I have come to the conclusion that there is a final cessation of ego consciousness. What that means is simply that I believe that Enlightenment is a Constant once "achieved". It's like Ego mind is a candle burning and Nirvana is blowing out that candle. What we all have been doing is blowing and blowing on that candle, some surrender and try to breathe deeper or what have you, but the candle isn't going to blow itself out! Or is it? Idk. But my point is that if you do the work then it will be done!
  13. Leo made a new video for beginners. Check it out. I think he mentions "20 minutes", you can watch for yourself here:
  14. In my view it will provide the platform from which all answers can potentially be seen.
