I believe that the Measure of Good & Evil is 'Health'

I think that there is a difference between cultural morality and Good VS Evil. For example, in China they eat dogs. But, we all know that animal abusers are pieces of shit and deserve what's coming to them. And let's call the OP's graphic example for what it is. You know you can think and philosophize your way into believing either side of the coin. But at the end of the day if you heard of something like in the OP, you wouldn't pause to think, you'd acknowledge that that scenario IS evil.

It is because of what I wrote earlier. "An interesting fact is how brains stop growing at around 25-30."

Is anyone concerned as to where this is all leading? How about optimistic? The fact is that technology is just going to get more advanced. Is it a good thing, a bad thing, a neutral thing? Maybe it all depends on how we utilize technology? In my own thoughts, I hope for a technology that is in complete harmony and balance with Nature.

Imagine we did all of our Thinking through Sign Language. We'd be constantly using our hands to form the thoughts into signs. Now you stop thinking. And your hand is free to be used for real things. Because what is Sign Language/Thoughts but the Hand/Mind moving? When one stops the Signing/Thinking... the Hand/Mind is still there. What was lost? What was gained? Nothing. Everything.

I think what the Buddha meant was the constant Ego-Activity popping up endlessly. Example, you catch a glimpse of Enlightenment, then the Ego comes back and you are in Samsara/Illusion of Self again. So when Buddha entered Nirvana, he could see with clarity how his Egoic Mind kept "Reincarnating" before Awakening.

The Impossible Question that Jiddu Krishnamurti asked is this: Can the mind empty itself of the known?

You are not your Driver's License. In the same way, an Enlightened Person realizes they are not their Body/Thoughts/Ego/etc. I don't know if "identifying with nothing" is the correct way to put it... ...BUT, let's not get nit picky over semantics here. I think it's more like "Not Identifying".

I've had such experiences many a time. Plus having had Visions of past lives and potential futures. There is a chemical known as a powerful Hallucinogen called DMT. Our brains produce some DMT in the Pineal Gland. When you are meditating it can stimulate the production and or release of this chemical. What you saw could quite possibly be this DMT being released during meditation. I'm not saying it's JUST a chemical, because "Love" is obviously more than just chemicals firing in our brains, making us experience Love, of course it transcends and goes beyond mere chemicals.

I agree with this. Also there is Fung Shui. Even does junk food want to be thrown away? Healthy Food wants to be Consumed. At that level, I'm convinced that the Vibrational Frequency of such things "know" what it is good (or bad) for. Even though these things are not Sentient Beings... ...Reality knows.
