Dmt is one of the most powerful psychedelics and which you don't need to do again. Another possibility is to try a low dose of softer psychedelics like 4ho-mipt and work your way up to trust them again. I had a few times sex with an magic eye entity and it was great. But I soon started taking that for granted and the entity got so angry with me because of that attitude and made me so afraid that I had to swear to leave dmt until I changed my attitude which I finally did. Imagine everything in hyperspace starts swirling in rage and the eye was vibrating and really looking like mad and the vibrations were that of anger... That was a good lesson for life and relationships in general and I'm greatful for that because in hindsight it was so obviously selfish and dickish.

I agree on there are things in late state orange which make live more stressful and expensive. But I think this exactly has to be because the limitations of stage orange become slowly so obvious that they have to be adressed to improve and move on. However even 70 years ago there was race segragation in the us and where I live until the late 80ies politicians who went to the hitler jugend run the country. If you watch television shows from the 80s or 90s there are often situations depicted or jokes which now seem highly inappropriate. Just watch al bundy... Nowadays we can get stuff almost without effort from online shops and listen to all sorts of music we can choose from youtube and find great documentaries for free. We can even communicate with each other for free and have smart phone to navigate us through foreign countries. I remember when I was 17 and there were still no smart phones and I had to deliver the newspapers to adresses scattered in 3 destricts on my list and I had to figure out for myself which order and had to memorize hundred streets on the map. Another example is computers and the internet which can be such a powerful tool if used wisely. You can get all kinds of info, connect here with people and learb about spirituality and learn to heal which wasn't really an option in the 90s. Also minorities and disabled people get far more included and not as much institunalized as used to be and police can get away with arbitrainess far less than it used to be. Even psychology has evolved tremendously and it can help people far nore than 20 or 30 years ago. I'm asking myself right now if we don't want to make a mega thread with things that have improved and are better these days to appreciate our world. What do you think? -
@Schizophonia sounds nice Is there another chemical you can compare it to?

I second this as factors which make it more likely. Summerized, one needs a clear mind. From my experience it depends how clear your mind is and that weed amplfies your state. That would explain why most people never experience these states on weed. Also you previous knowledge and experiences play a big role. I would add that the intention also plays a role in the sense that if you want to escape and numbness or confusion you will get it. For me it also plays a role with whom I'm in company with. If I smoke with some hippy friends my consciousness gets so shallow. On the other hand I know a guy who is very far on his path and when we hang out and smoke and he beginns to point me to reality I experience awakenings where reality even stops.

First off, I really wouldn't recommend doing it because it is dangerous. Most people doing it have bad to very bad experiences with it because it gives you real hallucinations where suddenly a friend or things are around you and you interact with them and they suddenly disappear because they werent real and you can never tell. You will also most likely forget that you have taken anything or don't even recognise that you are high so it's possible you might redose and don't even know it. I have a friend who has done it a few times and was lucky he din't fuck up and had relatively nice experiences with low doses but still the things I've described have occured and he said the visuals and the vibe were quite sinister. If you want to get psychedelics you should find raves and befriend the people there or if that is not possible at least try amanita (but take care and inform yourself properly because you can easily overdose and poison yourself). You can also try psychedelic breathing technics which requere a few months of daily work.

Try 4ho-mipt.. its my favourite. It is very gentle with the earthy feeling of shrooms and a more analytical aka lsd like state of mind. The vizuals are tryptamine like. However, some people get far less out but this is the risk with every chemical.

@Breakingthewall moldova has a huge russian speaking minority which has self declared independence from moldova and there are some russian troops stationed. So if ukraine collapses they will probably try to annex all the ukrainian territory (which he considers russian) to moldova. That would also solve some russian security issues. Just to explain the general situation: I read every few weeks articles from the kiyv independent and they interview the front soldiers and they try to keep it positive but the picture the soldiers convey is very bleak. They have big shortages in artillary rounds for example. The amount of artillary shells provided costs 3M dollar a day and to match the russian fire power, they would have to get at least 4 times the amount of shells and additonally pieces of artillary abd the europeans haven't yet signifucantly increased the production. Western ammunition often costs more because of quality and precision. Another problem is that ukraine is running out of seasoned and professional fighters. Some batellions are at the front since beginning of the war and the best fighters and nationalists are used for the hottest battles and have losses up to 95 percent over the years and they often fill up ranks with drafted men with only 3 weeks training and they can't even spare men as instructors for training. Meanwhile russia probably can avoid another draft because they have a bigger population. if they can believed, they have 400k soldiers recruted this year by different means, what sounds probable due to the framing as new patriotic war (in fashion like against nazi germany) and the incorporation of mercenaries into the army. I don't know how well the new russian recruits are trained but it seems that there have been made improvements. Another problen is the lack of air power and drones. There are several other reasons which play into the situation but these are the most important ones. -
Hey everyone, if you are in trouble during a trip you should go to https://tripsit.me/ They have people volunteering during a bad trip and you can acccess their trip sit discord channel via zheir homepage as a guest and they help you out. I've been there several times over the last 5 years and I find it quite helpful. They help you to keep it positive and it helps you to stay grounded only by knowing that there is this option and one is not completely qlone in case. @Leo Gura have you ever heard of it? Is it ok that I promote this channel?

I don't think so. People who think they get an extra pet on the back by god for being a mertyr are the most fearless fighters and they are well trained. That was one of the reasons isis could counquer so much territory, even from other jihadists, in such a short time. -
It's often that young people under 25 are often inmature and lax and when they grow older the become more conveservative like their parents did maybe just a little bit less and this is especially obvious with muslim people in western countries because their internal values start diverting from the mainstream. It's a matter of degree of course and I don't say that all are the same. That's just part of maturing and repeating of pattern.

I second that! But for me it's the opposite. I can visit the forum via mobile phone but not on my computer via firefox or chrome.

@Leo Gurayeah, a perfect example is syria and egypt. In syria outside funded islamists took over the revolution pretty quickly when the violence exploded. In egypt the muslim brotherhood with mursi appointing radicals in position of power. And by the way. There is an article from amnesty with evidence that ukrainian forces used (and probably still uses) civialian infrastructure like hospitals, schools and high rise buildings as bases, wappon depots, assembly spots, and rocket launching sides. The thing is, if the ukrainians did this and the russians, then why shouldn't desperate suicidal hamas fighters do that too? Ps: I don't deny that bombing of civilian infrastructure for other reasons such as methode to demoralize the population or just overreacting doesn't occur by isreali military Here is the link: https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2022/08/ukraine-ukrainian-fighting-tactics-endanger-civilians/ -

@An young being yeah, that might be realized when ai gets really advanced and the people aren't too biased to put it in action and listen to it. -

@Breakingthewall thx, I think I remember now that you mentioned that earlier. It's hard to keep track which person has which background and experiences. I agree that this happens to be the case a lot, especially with lower income and education and poverty. However, from personal experience, I know that there is more diversity and there always exists at least different sized bubbles of people who live more stage orange or even green, like in turkey in the istanbul area or in marocco the city of fes. Here in europe at universities you can also find very open minded muslim people. -
Starlight321 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@An young being I don't think so. An AI will be trained by certain people with data from people and bias would be baked into it. That means it will probably not "think" in what is a more conscious decision?"but materialistically. there are so complex fundamental issues that no ai can solve in the foreseeable future like is it better to treat all humans equally or push for the more advanced countries or find the right balance between. The bitter truth is that every person acts most of the time short term because survival is always decisions in the now to get you survive from moment to moment on the fly. Of course there are degrees and some people plan a lot for the future but they are rather the exception. I'm sure you everyone has examples where he preferes short term decisions which turned out desastrous in the long run like after years of smoking getting sick. I know it's an emotional thread so all this isn't meant to play down the severity of the situation but instead to get some insights how the human mind works. -

@HMD yeah and it is a terrible thing and I don't think it will stop any time in the near future. You seem very educated. I don't know how involved you are personally and didn't read all your previous posts but can you see the situation from the israeli perspective as well? @Breakingthewalldo you know muslims personally or have hang out with any? -
Starlight321 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@An young being Yes, and it often works amazingly in the short term like al quaida or even isis by letting them roam freely in eastern syria. I think when you are right now in the situation it is hard to predict how all your current actions will later unfold and what will be the consequences of it. -
Starlight321 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Yeah, that happened. Foreign powers support all groups to advance their agenda all the time. However it is still a different matter if you support a group with the intention to undermine the opposite side or to create a extremist terrorist organisation who massacre your people intentionally. I don't think that the people then thought that far ahead and for the israeli side it was a good move at the time and it had been still useful up to that point last week in order to justify their policy. -
I stumbled upon this video about David Grusch's perspective on the subject on the yestheory channel. I haven't fully watched it yet. it's interesting and he answered questions of ordinary people and we get a little more backstory about him and the hurdles he had to jump.

I don't believe what just now happened. I was visiting a jazz konzert and this crazy dude from last time appeared. When I saw him I joined him and we talked about consciousness and how nutrition can increase or cause a decrease by having unhealthy gut bacteria which release neurotransmitter to cause depressed states and cravings for low conscious things. He explained many ways to fix it by starving with the right food and also he explai edhe shared some joins and he was taeching me how to focus in the now so that thoughts disappear. We also listened to the sound and I kept getting more conscious but I got instead more conscious how unclear my thought were and how I was in autopilot. He was using his own words and no nondual words because he haven't read spiritual books. Cuz he went natural without them on the way. However talking about this might have sounded crazy to other people occasionally crossing by. Well what then happens was that he made me clear how consciousness goes on outpilot and how deep into it I was. Then he said when you aweken and die your whole live starts to appear in front of your eyes again and when then happened that the autopilot came for a eternal second to a stand still and my live statted to reverse for a second and then I pushed it back again and off I went again on autopilot... I was literal dying. I was asking him if I come back again and he said "not sure" with a casual look on his face, so I decided to wait. My heart was beating heavily and reality had stopped and I came back. This happened 2-3 hours ago and I'm normal. I learned a lot and I am greatful to him. At the same time my ego starts sabotaging how I thing about him and projects shit about him as defence strategy. He is defenetively very advanced and told me that for him reality every now and than disappears. He said when one arrives there is nothing to add and more complex stuff I understood in that state. He is relatively strange but to most people he talks far less to and said this makes people unconscious because it starts low conscious stuff. I don't claim him to be enlightened or such stuff but he is quite high conscious and is very present. what's also far more important is what he caused in me. I had awakening and knew who I was for this moment. It also was very interesting because he explained me in this state in real live examples how these mechanism happen by explaining and then start a short chit chat with someone. I saw how I and the person I we were talking to were going into autopilot we get unconscious. edit: He is quite quiet and calm and not that superficially nice like my stage green spiritual friends with sleepy eyes. what I also learned from him is that niceness is also maya and spiritual decoration like leo a few times said. No I understand what he ment. Thx everyone! I hope that I'm gonna meet this guy somewhere again.

I agree with you on being able to reduce it a lot but my point was that in practice it is highly unlikely that eliminating it comepletely is possible even for the most advanced practitioners.
