  1. I've been looking for a replacement for coffee. Im a farmer in south central Kentucky. I wake up around 4am. So I usually need caffeine or something related. Very sensitive to caffeine so coffee normally makes me crash around noon. I've been drinking green tea with matcha in the morning and it's gone pretty well. I get the right amount of caffeine and I get no jitters as a result of the caffeine. Jsut feel calm and focused on a mild level which is what I want. Jsut thought I'd share for anyone looking for a coffee alternative
