You gain nothing from feeling worried and worrying about all that shit. Just stop wasting time and work on yourself, your life purpose. Forget all the other BS shit in the world. And remember children the news will always show NEGATIVE stuff so just cut that shit out of your life. -
Do like Bryan Johnson. Stregth training + cardio this is the best healthiest thing to do period. Do whatever combination of those two things you like but get your muscles engaged and your cardio in.

@Sabth I see brother. Go out and give cv's to hospitality industry. Get any job, the experience will be a positive one. Don't worry about the salary just think it as something that will help you grow.

@Sabthwhat is your source of income bro? It just always fascinated me where people like you got money.

A little bit of context: So I'm currently living and working in New Zealand. 5meo dmt is illegal here. I'd like to go at some point to South America to do ayahuasca and 5meo dmt at a resort or something. To be able to pay this off it could take me 3 years of work to pay the 5000+ dollars to make this journey and pay all the costs. I want to know truth and also heal and explore consciousness. I've never done drugs or alcohol or changed my state of consciousness in any dramatic way through meditation or substaces. Will taking 5meo and ayahuasca be such a transformative experience worth the 3+ years of hard work and labour? Ps: The reason why I choose resorts is because I want to do this in the most professional setting and safety possible and don't want to be buying drugs from random hippies (no offence to them). Thanks! ?

@Tanz thanks for the info on Australia I'll look it up.
-
Thank you everyone. I'll ask around. All I've read says the government has really strong anti drug campaigns like the USA and 5meo dmt is illigal here. @Leo Gura Wow! What an interesting article! Thanks for the share ?

I would say 6/10. Changing my diet to an extremely healthy oneand adding more exercise over the years has done wonders to my mental health.

Learn about cool shit and sometimes people have stuff they are dealing with similar to mine and reading different people's perspectives helps give light to my situation.

Hey Leo so do you believe that UBI will become a real thing for most people soon? -
@LastThursday top advice here mate ? I would also like to add that one must always know the day's weather conditions and plan accordingly this is VERY IMPORTANT.
-
@Sabth go for it! ?
-
Go for a hike but if you're a newbie start small. Don't go balls to the wall on something difficult alone. You should be fine it's not even close to being considered a dangerous activity comparing to other stuff that is out there. I always carry basic following stuff: 1. Water 1.5 - 3l (I live in Spain which is hitting 40+ degrees in summer every day.) 2. Rain jacket (if you live in a cold enviroment bring extra socks, pants and sweater as well) 3. Fully charged mobile phone (emergencies duh, if you are going to be doing a longer full day 8+ hour hike make sure you also bring a power bank) Been hiking/walking alone 15-30km daily for the past 7 years and I'm absolutely fine. In 7 years I had one scare where a storm came upon me but I survived jjj.

Isn't he like the new spiritual guy on Youtube? Saw some on his videos with thousands of views on random spiritual topics. -
Only whole foods and whole grains, legumes, fruit (not fruit juice) and little to no meat. And of course good ol' water. What do you think?

@The0Self thanks, for now I'm brushing without any toothpaste to get into the habit for at least 2-3 months.
