Hey so I'm 24 and before the age of 30 I want to take Ayahuasca and 5 meo dmt. I just want to know what other people's experiences have been like and if it is worth for me to take it at such a young age? Note by then I'll probably have the survival basics covered.

Let's say hypothetically you won 100 million dollars. What would you do now? My answer: 1. Invest 5 mil or so, so as to never have to worry about money again. 2. Burn through Karma. 3. Travel the whole world and learn from people and cultures (Number one would be South America and Ayahuasca, 5 Meo DMT of course) 4. Once I have my steady cash investments donate the rest to various projects that are helping people fight poverty, education, sanitation etc.

Definitely stuff such as the simulated sunlight could be better achieved by actually going out in the sun as there are a complex array of processes that happen when we expose ourselves to natural sunlight that can't be achived by stimulating it with a lamp.

@Phil King amen brother. The motivation has to come from inside. Don't tell others, don't post it just do it for you. And for god's sake don't compare your progress with anyone elses. Make it your own journey. Start with as much or as little as you can and day after day increase a little bit. If you do one push up today tommorow you do two and the next day 3. If yoy run for 2 minutes this week every day next week yoy run 3 min every day etc.

Check out the European Solidarity Corps. https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/young-people/volunteering_en It is a volunteer program for youth in Europe to be able to do good in all manner of projects all over Europe. For projects lasting over a month, they pay for your travel (there and back), your food, your accomodation and even give you pocket money. I participated last year in a 3 month project in summer helping in wildlife restoration in portugal. You get to travel, meet people and make a difference! No strings attached. Now if you have nothing to do this summer or want a gap year but have no money for travel go out there and make a difference! Note: this is not bullshit. It's literally almost too good to be true. For American citizens you have something similar called the peace corps.
