I know music is a massive thing for many of us during this journey, but what I found I loved even more than rock/rap/EDM/hard or strong songs/sad or weak songs is Islamic nasheeds, they give me such peace I cannot describe (not Muslim, actually orthodox Christian tbh), but yeah they give me massive peaceful "clean" energy

Core is loving God with all your heart/mind/soul. That means you are in good physical shape, take care of your body. That means you are in good mental shape, read books/articles, listen to audiobooks/watch lectures, have mentors. Go to a therapist and go to church That means you have a good soul sharing your time/knowledge/money/actions/emotions.
