@Xpansion Fair enough. I probably took it too personally. Yeah you're right that you can't buy Enlightenment from the internet. ...Enlightenment now downloading, only 320mb to go. lol Best of luck

Not all binaural beats are created equal. What your finding for free online is likely low quality made by amateurs. If you knew anything about Holosync and done the program you'd know that it is anything but a quick fix to zen monk heaven. It is mostly uncomfortable because it is stimulating your nervous system to grow at a faster rate than ordinary meditation. You face a lot of darkness in your psyche and its not always easy. Which is why there is so much support material that accompanies the program. I don't see why they'd offer that if it was just a "sit down and listen and you'll be enlightened! the way you make it sound. and its a "quicker" way to "zen monk heaven". The program takes 10 years of committed daily 1 hour meditation sessions.

That's a cute idea. Have you even tried it? I don't think the guy who wrote that sounds like he really knows what he's talking about regarding Holosync since he seems to have just read the sales page and critiques the claims they make because they "don't have scientific basis". brain entrainment had been shown to work from multiple sources using EEG machines. It allows you to go deeper in meditation faster than you would doing traditional meditation. They have so much support material to help deal with the mental/ emotional effects from this meditation and its obvious to anyone whose used it for at least a few months that it's working. The first time I used it, I couldn't help but to black out to sleep till the track finished which means my body wasn't yet used to the level. Eventually it didn't do that to me

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm a musician and like to do home recording.. I might try them out though I have some pretty good Klipse noise isolating headphones but the foam is starting to rip open a little bit lol. And I like how the noise escapes on these ones, because when I practice it can be helpful to hear the instrument/singing outside the headphones. I usually use iPhone 6 earbud headphones for when I listen to Holosync at night laying down. Someone on the Apple forum said this "Multiple sources from Head-Fi suggest between 42 Ohm and 45 Ohm. Actual lab results prove this to be correct. No official documentation from Apple can be found. " Are these any good? The upheaval I experience with Holosync seems to point to the headphones working. At least for Awakening Prologue and now Level 1.

There is a lot of different types of meditations for sure. Though good Hypnosis puts you in similar brain wave frequencies as meditation, (Alpha and Theta usually) to relax your conscious mind. There is deeper states of meditation that I believe are usually only reached from focused meditations (like the Delta and Epilison) that probably are not reached in most people through hypnosis unless they fall in deep sleep. Hypnosis has a different purpose and focus than other meditations. But really it's not really important to know the details of either too much anyway. id say experiment with them both and be your own scientist. That's the only way to truly learn something I think information is just a guide. but if you're interested in different brain wave states check out this chart. People's brain waves can be tested with EEG machines and I'm pretty sure that's how they learned about the different states the mind can go into and the benefits of each one. Here's a basic chart that you a better intellectual understanding. Enjoy https://jeffreygignac.com/brainwave-frequencies-reference-chart/ -
When you purchase the Awakening Prologue (the first purchase in the series) you should get a login on centerpointe.com which gives you access to your downloads. They sent me a copy of Bill Harris' book in the mail with the Awakening Prologue. But you can access it in PDF form on their website in the link below. http://specials.centerpointe.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Thresholds-of-the-Mind-by-Bill-Harris.pdf Awakening Prologue instructions is to listen to Dive for 2 weeks then add the Immersion track for at least 6 months. I listened for about a year before moving on because I'm pretty sensitive to the audio. I wouldn't worry about levels that you aren't doing unless you're just curious about people's experiences. (I haven't experienced them yet), but they're basically just more powerful versions of the level you're on. Making your stress threshold higher. Don't skip levels, you won't get better results. They've been doing this since the 90s and know how to use the mp3s the best. What level are you on? How do you have 4 levels? It takes a few years to get the 4th level unless you buy them in advanced. The Awakening Prologue comes with Main program- . Dive . immersion Bonus tracks .quietude (for reading and stuff) . and one called something like "Longevity. " Is that what you mean by 4 levels?

I have experience with it.. It is like Acupuncture because it works with your meridian system. When you think of something that causes a panic attack, it warns your nervous system (which can be accessed by the meridian points)that there is danger. This is what brings uncomfortable feelings. When you tap, you send a signal to your nervous system that everything is okay. For tapping to work effectively, it's best not to put as much attention to your mind as to the feeling in your body. It can help to sit for at least a minute meditating on just feeling your body without judgement. Then when your tapping and saying the phrases, imagine tapping the feeling and allowing it to be as it is. This is the key to making it work. Also, start with smaller issues first and build this feeling of allowing so called negative feelings to be in your awareness without resistance so in future you'll have the "allowing" muscles to take on bigger issues. Also, when a panic attack comes up, of course use it. Those techniques that Allinthemind recommended work too but it's best to stick one or two methods for a while so you can get the skill down well. But deep breathing is an easy one to learn and rely on as a quick fix. Hope that clear things up. Let me know if you need more help with EFT. All the best -

I've never hypnotized my self by guiding myself through Hypnosis but I've been using Self-hypnosis tapes that you can buy every night for the last month and a week or so. It's basically a Hypnotist that recorded a Hypnosis session about a topic like "Losing Weight" or "Money Success" or something like that. He first relaxes your mind/body into a meditative trance so that your Conscious mind is less active, making your Subconscious mind more available for the positive affirmations and messages he implants in your mind. They're generally at least 40 minutes long, and are a much cheaper than private sessions. I'd say it works and the results are more notable over time, like a few months up to a few years depending on the outcome your after following a month run of a tape. Reason being because say you program your mind to believe your a millionaire, you'll likely need to learn a lot before you learn how to manifest this reality. The programming is like the engine that gets you there. I'm not sure if its for everybody.. Reason because of something I've been wondering which is if it's suitable for people seeking enlightenment because it programs your mind for success. Where inner work towards enlightenent is designed to shed beliefs and mental programs. Maybe someone will know how to answer my question. Cheers -
I'm using Holosync and I'm currently on Awakening Level 1 (the 2nd level). The 1st being Awakening Prologue that you first get when you buy the CD. I'm not sure to what post your refering to as far as Leo goes. But, are you using Holosync? If you are, I'd recommend going through the support material as Bill Harris provides a lot of information on how to use Holosync right. There is I suppose many ways you could use it wrong, for example obvious things like using it while you're driving. Or ideally not listening more than once a day because most people can't handle that much stimulation to their nervous systems and get emotionally overwhelmed. Also not to skip levels because it doesn't give you good results and that kind of thing but all this information is in the support material. Hope that helps, Holosync and meditation is a journey so the support material is well worth the investment as it teaches you strategies for life too, not just Holosync.
