  1. Try discussing topics with ChatGPT and ask it to challenge you and see things from different perspectives. I work in marketing and my colleagues often use it to write scripts or make summaries of notes and meetings. Ask it to help you create a good routine or organize your thoughts.
  2. @Nilsi exactly. it makes us unstable. I feel you man. I am actually addicted to yerba mate / matcha myself. I get very low on days I don't drink it. Such as today. And now that I think about it, is tempted to go get a delicious matcha blended with organic butter, cinnamon and honey
  3. If coffee is so healthy why do you start shitting all the time, ramble on about different topics, and then crash afterwards, and then you have to drink more, get dehydrated, go and relieve more runny poop, and then sleep way worse. I bet if you tracked your sleep, coffee would destroy it easy. Laughing at you for falling into the trap of drinking it.
  4. Look at you man, you're like a skeleton at this point. You used to be an inspired captain of the East Blue! Eating fishes and Ribeye steaks. Now you've given up on the pursuit. Come on Luffy, Sanji needs you, and you need him to cook you some juicy ribeyes, to find the all blue and follow your dreams.
  5. The title sounds like something Mooji says in a meditation and I read the title in his voice

  7. I often play some guitar in the morning. Really gets me into a good state for the day. A little beatles, fingerpicking, working on some nice tunes. Ah, so good. Also love traditional chinese music https://open.spotify.com/album/5vhzAsycQuZ4XSzPssRJkF?si=AF_XqrxGQAWS3ia1ZTKPCg
  8. Another day another glass of warm and soothing tea. Oh the recipe was made to perfection he thought. The dark-brewed puerh tea, charged with the spirit of ancient china. He reminices to old china, like that's his roots. "haha, he thought" as a smile emerged. Many a friend had told him about their past lives, but to the Alabaster Master this never really resonated, he like the thought, and never ought to critisize someone for believing it, for he understood it probably is a reason for why they think this way. For the Alabaster Master had a ton of respect for people who dared to live spiritually, and enjoyed the company of those who were exploring consciousness on a deeper level that commonly thought possible. "Let's play with it! I was a Shaolin Kung Fu master in a past life. I lived at a temple, on a mountain, and this particular morning I'm sitting on top of a beautfiful mountain in WuDang, enjoying the sceneries of birds and greeneries" Yes! Play always resonated for the Master, and the antidote to seriousness and suffering is a simple change of perspective. Wisdom he wished for every human to grasp and embody. "Here we go". Step 1: Put on some traditional chinese music. Step 2: Pour another cup of puerh. Step 3: Feel the chi energy circulating within your body, your life force. And the 4th and final step:Calm your body, relax your eyes, and look out upon the world with a soft inner smile. Oh my, the chinese and taoists surely did know something. QiGong, taiji, living in slow motion what wonders and beauty these things lead to. The wonder and beauty that is always right there, at the tip of your nose, waiting for you to take a concious sniff.
  9. See your life from a higher perspective, by telling the story of you. Which is ofcourse only a perception you ought to transcend to higher consciousness <3 Love and Creativity my fellow beings
  10. Here we go. My journal yo. I had a goal to make 3 videos this week no matter how shitty they are. So here it is. I like to just express myself from whatever state I am in. If you are lucky you'll get me in a sick flow. If you are unlucky Im gonna be a tired mess. Good luck. This is just for me though. Feel free to watch.
  11. @Thought Art "Takes years to cultivate" Can often and easily be used as an excuse not to make important changes you can do today! For example a healthy diet does not take years to accomplish. You can cut out junk food today. And then from there it's a long journey,
  12. I got a 13/40. With Vanity being maxed out. I believe because I look at myself in the mirror a lot. Not that I give any fucks about fashion or beauty culture. This test is very simple and with it's either / or questions. Like someone wrote here in the comments. Narcissistic answer = narcissist points. Humble answer = No points. This is basically the pattern on the test.
  13. Dungeons and Dragons gives you an opportunity to explore characters and improvisation. It allows you to really think about morals and create your own. It's like a fantasy adventure movie, and you're playing the main characters.
  14. @bazera Hey, I am not on this diet. And I doubt I will ever do it. Except if I was trying a fruit only cleanse for a few days. Leo used intermiddent fasting and carnivore diet to heal his autoimmune disease.
  15. @Harikrishnan 1.Drinking Caffeine? 2.Wind-Down Routine 3.Sleep Hygiene Are you drinking any coffee or any other forms of caffeine? Cut it out or switch to green tea and no caffeine later than 2 pm and you'll be lights out I'm sure! And I would greatly reccommend doing some Sauna or some Yoga or other relaxation techniques before bed. This can help your body not be so freaking tense while you sleep. Here are some tips for Sleep Hygiene:
  16. This diet is: - High Sugar - Low (close to zero) Fat and Protein - Generally low in micronutrients - Macronutrients is ofcourse mainly fructose My Conclusion: - Probably really unhealthy long term - Probably detrimental to your health actually long-term - Could be healthy do as a "Fast" or "Cleanse" from other foods, short-term - I would in this case reccomend it in combination with intermiddent fasting. For example only eating calories between 10 am and 6 pm for example. This way your body will naturally burn fat. This can be done on any diet and is hughly reccomended for losing fat.
  17. Hey, I believe I have ADD. Anyone else? https://www.additudemag.com/add-inattentive-adhd-symptom-test-adults/ I get a great score on this one, and would love to get some good medicine to stay more focused and get into some good habits.
  18. The most common symptoms for people with ADHD, innatentive type are: - Trouble paying attention and concentrating - Easily distracted - "Zoning out" even when being talked to directly - Daydreaming - Trouble organizing themselves and finishing tasks - Forgetting routine chores such as; paying bills on time or returning phone calls
  19. Basically ADD is the old name for what's now called "innatentive ADHD", which is one of three types of ADHD.
  20. Don't assume he is innocent or guilty. The guy seems quite cold and disconnected from emotions, so I could see him being able to do this kind of thing. On the other side I'm sure certain people would love to dissapear him or shut him up for good.

  23. Hey. My intention with this post is as always to express some of the insights that I've gathered. In this case, from going to Improvisational Theatre workshops, more commonly refferred to as 'Impro'. So I talk a lot to myself, and in many cases I name the different parts of my self. I mean we all speak the same language here on the forum, right? So I have this practice that I call the Higher Self practice. This is where I take a step back to kind of look at and analyze my life in a birds perspective. And whatever my ego is doing, making stories or arguing internally about stuff, I name these as different parts of my ego / my lower self, the part that is being observed. For example, let's look at one part of you which might have a negative outlook on life, "Guh fakin holdays", yup that's his name. And this is where improvisation comes into the picture. Now you let him express himself fully. Preferably you're going to speak and fully embody until he is done speaking. You can also experiment with writing all this out. Could look something like this "Gah these fakin holidays. You know my family bluuh I love em but bluuuuh this is fucking so tiresome everyone is doing something wrooooogn allllll the timmmmemeee ememememememememememememe gaaaaaaaaaaaa. Im in disgust. Disgusted with life Bluuuuuuuh." And now relax. Just allow this part to relax. And show some emathy. As the higher self. The hugher self could also say something like "I love you. You are a part of me, although you are not the entirety of me. And these beliefs and feelings of disgust does not reflect the infinite love that we are." This, by the way, is also a way of Ghestalt. And it builds on the a philosophy that you have opposing parts on the inside. So we got on the one side "ga these fakin Holidays' and he is sp disgusted and tired that he doesnt even give a shit about knowin his name. And on the other hand you got "mr.Holly jolly christmas". And he is quite opposite. He is more like "yo, I am incredibly grateful for this wonderful magical time to spend christmas. It's just so incredibly wonderful that this could possibly happen. We live in this amazing country, and get to spend time together with amazing people, and get to play around in amazing ways and eat amaizing food and talk together about the amazing things we are discovering in and about life. And whith my dad. Dont get me started. Its so nice. So incredibly nice, wehave amazing quality time together, it's beautiful, amazing and sweet. Is there peace between these parts. Well, we have to start to let these parts talk together. And facilitate this little conflict as the higher self.
