Same reason confident men don't declare to others how confident they are. As soon as you say it, it becomes obvious it isn't true. Also everyone should strive to be nice and deserves a nice person. (But not nice in the toxic way Teal Swan describes).

Isn't it obvious? Just look at all they do for us and look how shitty some dudes are to women. Of course theres some terrible people in both genders but most women have an uncontrollable urge driven by evolution to hook up despite the risk of pregnancy and abuse, and rape. The more you respect a person the more you will be respected. This goes with relationships becuase women are people too.

This is cringey, my opinion is to keep them guessing your intentions till the first date. You want to ask a girl out the same way you would someone you don't want to fuck. @SabthThere's a saying a read in an Echart Tolle book: "you can get enlightened on a luxury yacht or locked in solitary confinement. But solitary confinement is easier." Well you are in a solitary confinement right now in a way. Meditate and your life purpose will be revealed to you. The truth is that work is horrible (unless you are working on your passion). So even though you feel unfulfilled and bored now, jumping into mindless physical labor is not much better. On the otherhand, if you are living for free and you find any sort of work (cleaning houses, fast food, selling art on the street, literally anything) then you could save it all and just keep thinking what you want to do with your life and you will have some money when you find out. There's a lot of programs where you can work for very little money but they let you live for free. Or you could buy a very cheap hut in the jungle and live off the land. That would be so radical. You could meditate and garden all day. I would love that. If you don't want kids that makes things easier.

Great question. Brings to mind the limits of psychology since, as you correctly point out, what's consider normal human behaviour is based on a consensus of average humans. And you are questioning whether the average human is actually sick. So it's the right question to ask if you want to become healthy yourself. My thoughts on this, based on reading similar topics is that, yes we have a long way to go for the average human to be actually reaching their highest potential. As Leo says, we are living in the dark ages. Humans are capable of so so so much more, maybe infinitely more, so it follows we are very far from our highest potentials.

Yes women are testing you to see if you can laugh at yourself and see if you aren't to insecure or megalomaniacal to take a joke. Tease her back!
