(also think about hearing, and the inner vision) Also think about thinking - which is what is referred to as reflection - It's merely an echoing of different aspects of awareness, pretending to be "related".

Extremely effective! It's the basic tool of the sage. I agree with my friend here, that it's pretty advanced and nuanced, and very very susceptible to distortion. Read many sources and contemplate it thoroughly before implementing. It's very counterintuitive in the sense that it's not being '"Optimistic" - Expecting things to go well is deep well of disappointment. The most effective and basic work is gratitude, simply see all the good small things that surround you and journal them daily, this will start shifting your mind to the frequency of positive mind - which will alter your reality to its core.

@Joseph Maynor I resonate with your words. It's all about being honest with yourself, as long as it quenches your thirst, drink from the fountain. Intuition is smarter than it appears, because sometimes what seems unreasonable leeds into the most reasonable outcome.

@SOUL Incredible! As always. I love the thought of awareness taking many forms, like it's formless but shapeshifts and becomes what it is 'required' of it. Good to have you back, your thought is like fresh water in the desert. How do you reach such deep insights? Are you channeling Winter Knight?

@Roman Edouard Hello Roman, Thank you for the discussion. It appears you are comfortable with the material paradigm, it's good as long as you are there. With the happiness discussion I would say that while a happy state is not permanent, serenity can be state-independent upon a practice of acceptance. And it will bring more satisfaction in the long term. I love having money and buying nice things, and also love to be independent of circumstances. These can sure go together! Cheers.

Incredibly high "access concentration" state, apparently you are very good at concentrating. Either this or you went full fantasy mode.

@GabeN A higher state in of itself won't give you much in terms of development. It's also important to remember that it's not actually affecting truth, since truth is untouched by all the change there is. So you might work hard and reach a high state, be blissful for a couple of hours and your inner balance will equalise that with a low of the same intensity. You will feel terrible and hopeless, but if you learn to connect and be in tune with truth you will be untouched by such ups and downs, this is the stillness of god, which lies deep underneath all manifestation. Being conscious doesn't at all mean to be super high all the time, it is to be aware of things as they are, high or low, to love and accept them anyway without a shred of condition. @Nahm I fear I have now lost you completely, my friend. I think there might be a little de-synchronicity in frequency between us. Perhaps our minds work too differently to actually communicate effectively.

It appears as if you conclude things but I don't see how you reach the conclusion. If there's no awareness or love in direct experience, why do you say they are infinite. If I can't see something does that make it infinite? Not-seeing = Infinity ? Why talk about things that you can't see? (maybe you can, i don't know)

There's no experience, nor awareness, just a sound appears and disappears. What is "awareness of a sound"? There is neither. Please don't objectify awareness, it is confusing. Why talk about nothing?

Keep researching and broadening your scope. Learn basic tools and principles: Meditation, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, contemplation, visualization, integration, open-mind, self honesty, authenticity, modesty is a big one. By building this foundation, you become your own mentor.
