  1. @Roman Edouard Thank you for sharing dear friend, I like your way of thinking! I did overcome depression and anxiety, but there's also the possibility it was cured by itself throughout the process of personal and spiritual development. Keep up the good work, Cheers
  2. I'm sorry, what about security and comfort?
  3. @Shin That's what I love about the zen tradition. Good luck with your book dear fellow! Cheers
  4. The only educational clickbait there is.
  5. Yes. Totally. It's good because to look for something so ethereal one needs to be absolutely certain he's looking for the right thing. Yep. There Is only one square. Cheers man, Thank you for the contribution.
  6. The only reason is to understand what is meant by "enlightenment" and not confuse it with ego fantasy.
  7. Authenticity is for you, not for them. Give it only to those who are worthy, and do it gently and gradually. Cheers man!
  8. There's nothing to realize and no one to realize. You have a misconception about what enlightenment is. Resarch deeper. I suggest the works of R. Maharishi and Bodhidharma. I think it's good so people won't suffer needlessly looking for the goodie goodie at the end of the rainbow.
  9. @Jack Walter Leon Embrace sensitivity, it's your nature. Acceptance will help tremendously. Sedona Method is king for that.
  10. @purerogue You and everyone are enlightened. But you see, you still say "I don't get it." And that's because you believe enlightenment is something else than what you currently experience. Absolutely there are techniques and one should seek as long as ons sees it fit to do so. You must be thoroughly satisfied with looking before you can stop looking and just see. It's just that you are not satisfied and you want more and more. Realise as soon as possible, it's enough as it is. Enjoy it, bask in beauty and heal your soul for the love of god.
  11. Time with friends, family, compassion, dahrma, wisdom, philosophy, meditation, nature, fine clothes, accessories and perfume.
  12. @Jack Walter Leon I hope you were not offended. It's very easy to get stuck in such a story. A couple of months back I had a very similar post which I ended up not even sharing cause I saw it for what it was. That's the circular nature of though. It's not a fault at all. I'm sorry if I offended you dear friend, Godspeed!
  13. I would say phase 5. would be: Consciousness > Consciousness And 6. ... MU
  14. @Jack Walter Leon The biggest trouble I see here is adherence to a victim story. It's the attempt to solve problems with thinking about them, but actually the problem is the thinking itself. Don't try to push yourself too hard in meditation, let your mind drift off as long is wants to. Your job is to allow it to do whatever it wants and accept and love it. Leave this story aside for while and try connect to what's right for you in the moment. Just do things to make your life less chaotic. Learn acceptance of emotions and self compassion, to heal and get better. When you are better things will solve themselves.
  15. Amazing! I believe it shows how important mindset is. This guy won't give in to negativity, and so he stayes healthy. I also believe that his religious ritual is playing an important role here. Cheers
  16. My friends gave me Catan, a wonderful classic board game. Interestingly enough playing it with friends seems to trigger character defects and it allows me to see how far I really am from my idealistic values. Through this I can learn to activate my highest self in challenging situations. So I urge you to try playing this with friends and family. Enjoy! Cheers.
  17. I would say that learning to socialize while implementing virtues and spiritual principles is a gradual shift that should be initiated as soon as possible to get the experience. I find that going to spiritual development groups helps tremendously (and much more), despite the fact the group itself is at stage green, there's light generated at the interaction of souls. Cheers
  18. The reason for emptiness is lack of love, the cure is abundance of love.
  19. True authenticity is infinite flexibility. It's not a finite idea of a character.
  20. Since neither is really in his control, then none of them. As I said, pure luck. (or god's will)
  21. An opinion is fine as long as there's no negative emotion, or praise, and if it's used practically to make decisions about your life.
  22. @Shakazulu Thank you for your support dear friend. Cheers
  23. By looking honestly on my actions and understanding what values I'm actually motivated by. (Not the idealistic top values one wishes to have)
