I'll give you an illustration as I finally understand why Leo is so obsessed with looking at his hand.... Look at your hand, notice you can feel your hand. Right now you are aware you are your hand, that it is you because you FEEL connected to it, so much that you are ONE with your hand. Now if you can just feel that same connection you have with your hand with everything else....then everything is your self like your hand is your self. For example....my body is YOUR body. Everybody you see is your body. The only reason you would not be aware of it, is because it doesn't feel that way. If I stripped you of all feeling...you COULDN'T BE AWARE of anything...so you could just call everything feeling if you wanted LOL. You'd have to expand the term feeling to the visual if you want as well and include feeling to also include the lack of all feeling also. If I started eating some food and you tasted all the food while watching me, if I slipped and fell and you felt all the sensations of my movement and my fall you would instantly be like...."Wait a minute...is that me also?" So how you fool yourself as God is you lower your ability to experience yourself. It's why sex is such an intimate act. You are sharing yourself with yourself with all the smells, friction, etc.... If you were to use sex as a spiritual practice with someone you love deeply...you couldn't help but wake up. It made me laugh when I realized this...that's why its freaking love. Whatever is the highest expression of love for a human, the more they do these acts the faster they wake up. When I say highest expression of love I mean...the most selfless acts. In fact the most taboo acts involving selflessness would wake you up faster than anything. It's so counter-intuitive it wouldn't even be appropriate for me to say it lol.

You can develop another persona, but your original persona is deeply tied to your memories. For you to kill your original persona you would have to deconstruct your memories and throw them away. Its possible to do this....but do you want too? To effectively do this at the highest efficiency you would also have to cut all contact with anybody from your former life and change your name if you really wanna do this. It won't be easy either case ego back lash is persistent as all hell.

Right now your nervous system points inward...because you were socialized to be separate so your psychological identity and thus your neurological wiring reflect you as being seperate. If you change your conditioning....it will reflect everything as being you. It's as simple as this. I noticed nobody mentions that Enlightenment is just the rewiring of your neurological system. Well ummm God invented rape. God is both the rapist and the victim of the act. Also rape is an expression of arrogance. The person believes their sexual desires are more important than the person who refuses to give consent. Rape is about power. Arrogance is about power. Everything that ever happens is Absolute Good, but because we have skin in the ground, because of physical and emotional pain a message like this is untenable. But since God is infinite love, it must express everything without limit on what it can express. As such, rape, genocide, child molestation, and whatever other grotesque expressions from the ego perspective must be expressed. The best way to understand this...when you watch movies and t.v. shows the better the villain the better the story. Every great story has a great hero, and a great villain only enhances the hero. A writer of a story would never take anything off the table, they would explore and experiment with as many elements as they can to deepen the story. Well God is the deepest and the most complex...and thus evil is born, from the ego's perspective.

You can be excessively humble (like a hippie) who goes around saying everything is love and never stands up for themselves. But the secret is... we all balance each other out. God made each of us imbalanced in a specific way so we can find people who through their example can show a healthy ways of balance. Both past and present. I have some friends who are too humble, and some who are too arrogant, and I've cycled (and continue to do so) between both. Definition of arrogance: Arrogance is a type of pride that comes from believing that you are better, smarter, or more important than other people. I read this article a couple years ago (glad it is still up) and it reveals how the youth of today are too lazy to do a proper analysis of the past and the people involved in that time period. No human is immune to their socialization and it takes deep introspection for a human being to overcome their socialized beliefs. Arrogance is beautiful. Without arrogance...there is no Hero's Journey. If you know everything there is nothing to discover. When you watch a movie, you only see it from a particular perspective. Whichever perspective the Director wants you to see from that is what you see from. That movie can exist as a file, and it already contains everything that happened and you just experience it as it happens. But why are you only seeing one perspective....because that perspective is ABSOLUTE. Now you could write another perspective and make it a movie and you could play that perspective on another screen, you could write infinite perspectives and play them on infinite screens, but those perspectives...will always be ABSOLUTE!!!! Because it is just ONE INFINITE BEING zoomed in to a particular perspective. And since it is the only thing, each perspective is not only itself, but the perspectives that look back at it are also itself. So it cannot be other.... Are there others in a dvd file? NO!!! They are all housed in one dvd file. Now within the story of the dvd file the characters can treat and identify themselves as other...but there isn't and cannot be OTHER. Once its other....then there needs to be something else that it is not. So how can God create other then? God creates other through limitation and erasing its knowledge of what it is. God forgets its the DVD and mistakes itself for one of the characters in the DVD. It's simple to understand....not rocket science.

1. You can only let it go when it becomes true for you to let it go. This is why the concept of karma is so important. You can't skip steps. You learn through experience. The path to proper expectations is to set realistic attainable expectations for yourself. But how do you figure out what that is? Through self-study. So is it fair to expect someone to do something they are not capable of? No. So that means you need to be able to understand accurately what someone is capable of and what you are capable. This delves into concepts like free will/ control/determinism etc. So now you will need to investigate this and discover do you actually have control in your life? Or are you being deluded. Think about it....did you choose your height? Did you choose your skin color? Did you choose the country you were born in? The time period? Did you choose what allergies you have or don't have? Did you choose your taste palette and smell preferences? Did you choose your ability to remember or not remember things? Did you choose your natural ability to be patient or impatient? Did you choose what subjects you are naturally good at? Do you choose the rate your heart beats? Do you choose the rate your eyes blink, or the rate you breathe at? Do you choose the weather, traffic? Do you choose if people find you nice or mean? So how much control do you really have in life? Because you can only hold people to what they have control over....and not hold them to what they don't have control over. But do you actually know how to properly set your expectations? When you don't even know how much control you have?

1. You can feel pain in a dream. In fact your body cannot tell the difference between what you call a dream/memory and what you call reality. If you study people who have take psychedelics, or consciousness altering substances....they can feel sensations just as real as what they call real life. 2. For me, I can watch someone on Youtube get slapped in the face and feel the sting of the slap as if my human avatar got slapped. So notice...even though my human self didn't get slapped, I felt it as if I got slapped. So is that pain I experienced REAL? Or am I dreaming it? Also according to science....all your pain is just bioelectrical signals. So let me ask you...are bioelectrical signals that appear in response to an activity...is that real? What if you feel pain in your toe because someone else stubbed their toe...is that pain real? What if I told you that you wired your brain to be selfish so it only responds to what happens to your human body, and all enlightenment is, is showing you that you can wire your brain to feel everything around you. What if I told you that your sense of separation was just neurological conditioning that is reinforced by your neurological experience and that all psychedelics do is drop that conditioning and put it in its default state and that's why people feel connected with everything? What if I told you the only reason humans are so mean to each other....is because they cannot feel each other's pain. Understand that the cells in your body only know they are ONE because they can FEEL the connection. Currently only enlightened beings can feel that connection.

This is why I love you....you actually face the truth...yes human's love suffering and yes they do it to be entertained. Why is this the case? Suffering= Meaning. Suffering comes from the duality of victory and defeat, the good and the bad. To tell someone that reality is nothing is to strip life of its meaning. The ego is deeply attached to value, to survival, to duality, because it makes the ego feel real. To teach and point towards the absolute robs life of meaning to the underdeveloped ego's eyes. They don't realize that after integration meaning actually increases in scope because you realize all meaning is relative so everything has intrinsic meaning. So do you see the hilariousness of this? The ego is in search of its own meaning, and wants to have unconditional love for itself but it gets in its own way because it perceives unconditional love as death. They see it as the most evil thing and demonize it. You might say....well the ego can't help be this way...EXACTLY. God designed the ego to be this way. Why? To see how badly does the ego desire truth. The purpose of life....is to figure out why you as God created your human body, your life circumstances, and what the hell is going on. Everything else....is just a distraction. Someone will say how do you know this? Easy because when you were a child that was your mission. You were asking Why Why Why Why? All the got damn time.
