The first step to knowing yourself is Self-Observation. The second step to knowing yourself is solitude. The third step in knowing yourself is deep contemplation. What can really help you is to keep a Diary. Once you learn how you think and how you move you have a deep communion with yourself. And lastly be consistent.

Authenticity!!!! Many on these forums struggle with this. What does it mean to be Authentic? Authenticity is perfect self-alignment, perfect desire, unwavering without distraction and detour, absence of distortion. It is TRUTH with a capitol T. The only way to make any headway is to be willing to be authentically humbled by the process. Allow it to beat upon you, and for you to return to be beat upon again. To be beat upon until your paradigms, shatter, then your bodily comforts shatter, then your individual experience ultimately shatters into an impersonal experience. Then you go full circle and merge the personal with the impersonal into Absolute experience. This can only happen with Pure Authenticity. You will have to risk insanity, you will have to experience psychosis, uncontrolled hallucinations, and potentially even vivid nightmares. What are you willing to give up, to experience yourself as the Absolute? You will have to surrender your individual personhood temporarily to fill it until it explodes into Infinity. Are you sure that's what you want?

Absolute Solipsism makes no claim to my experience. Absolute Solipsism says....there is no ME, there is no my experience. What it says because there is no me, there is no other. Since there is no me or other, there is no experiencer, all there is....is experience. This experience...is Sentient. This Sentient/Alive experience is Absolute onto itself. It is both the Self and Selfless. It is a Self because it is all Form. It is Selfless, because it is nothing. Because it is selfless, it has the ability to Animate itself, because it is Self, it has the ability to be a form. Because it is Selfless first, it is an illusion, pure imagination, pure magic, because it is the Self, it is Real, personal. Many of you know what an individual self is, and have lived it as an Absolute always. Absolute Solipsism is more profound. It asks you to die to personhood, while also embracing it at the same time. It is a paradox, and it cannot be experienced through egoic control. It can only be experienced through an AUTHENTIC INQUIRY through the GRACE OF GOD. Only God will allow an ego to drop the illusion and realize the TRUTH. But the verification method is AUTHENTICITY ITSELF. TRUTH and LOVE is not forced, it can only be accepted.

I got a question for you....HAVE you gone INFINITE? Have you penetrated into the Absolute? If the answer is no, then you are wasting your time on speculation. God is the Absolute. There is nothing outside of experience.

The United States Supreme Court's job is to interpret the United States Supreme Court and to make landmark decisions that have the ability to create law in two ways, by establishing precedent, or by abolishing precedent. What is precedent? The legal definition of precedent is a court decision handed down by a previous court of higher or equal merit that serves as an example of accurate interpretation of the constitutional legality of the present time period. Because of the existence of this bestowed power the Supreme Court could accurately be called the United States Constitution, the physical manifestation of the living legal document in the form of humans who we call Justices. So what is this secret bias I refer to in my title? The secret bias lies in the term LEGACY. Every group of Justices desires to make history and to be on the right side of history. All Supreme Courts enjoy the privileges of deciding which case is allowed to be adjudicated within their halls and they do this based on two main parameters. What is the constitutional question at play in this case, and what is its merit, or value in being able to challenge and potentially either establish or overturn existing precedent. So the secret bias is revealed. The very reason a case is allowed or selected to be tried in the Supreme Court, is the same impetus that reveals the underlying bias hidden in the Courts. The Court's bias is for you to WIN!!!! If you give a compelling enough argument with Constitutional consideration (politics notwithstanding) the Supreme Court will side with you. This bias is a good bias, because the Constitution is supposed to be a living document, and the justices its arbiters, and the cases are supposed to be a mirror, a light of truth shined onto society to see if it is expressing the Constitution truthfully.

Your title can be made correct in that the ego is not all of existence. So yes existence is appearing within the ego, it experiences itself through the ego. But there is a radical conscious state you can reach, where the ego can fall away and you can be revealed to yourself as existence. The ego is a complicated web of mentally held dualities, which create barriers between you as a part and you as the whole. Until you become aware that the ego is an illusion and the true you is beyond it then you won't understand. Our biggest barrier is the desire to control experience, the biggest release is to realize your true identity is always in control.

I've taken my ego with me into dreams, and I have ended dreams before as well, and I have also taken control of dreams before as well (day dreaming). So it depends on the dream. All dreams are not the same.

Even that isn't enough, physical pain still persists, only the Will of God would give you the ability to transcend physical deterioration. Not saying its impossible but it would have to be a miracle granted by God for it to work.

The only way to trascend suffering is to drop the body. The body is a pleasure pain existence, only spirit can transcend suffering.

Solipsism has nothing to do with the ego, Solipsism is the Mind of God. There are no others, means there is only God. Arguing about Solipsism is a waste of time, rather than argue, rather than speculate, confirm whether it is true or not. I have already confirmed it on my end, Absolute Solipsism is GOD= There is only God and there is nothing else. You don't understand that God is INFINITY, this means GOD is total, this means there is no outside because outside and inside are ONE. This means individual experiences are ABSOLUTE, there cannot be anything outside your experience because experience is ABSOLUTE. TOTALITY doesn't hide anywhere or exist somewhere else, TOTALITY is right here right now. Reality is a hallucination. That hallucination is TOTAL!!! When you become aware that this hallucination is TOTAL is the day you become aware of what it means. When Leo refers to being alone, he is not referring to the ego Leo, he is referring to God. God is all alone because God is to large to have an other. Until you confirm this for yourself you will never understand. To confirm this you will have to potentially risk a psychotic break, you have to allow your finite mind to go unlimited and give up egoic control. Good Luck, it can definitely be unhinged and unnerving. For me it showed me how little the ego actually controls.

Happiness, peace, goodness, love, truth, acceptance, is baseline existence. It never disappears, all that happens is sometimes you forget its there because some other emotion surfaces.

You can achieve it with anything that can alter consciousness, but some things work better/are more effective. It is thoroughly based on your individual body's reaction, and your comfortability with deconstruction and acceptance with deconstruction. Can you accept yourself as imaginary, can you accept the fact that there is no difference between fiction and non fiction. If you can then your mind can open and be fluid enough to have that experience.

You are trapped in a prison of distinctions. Non-existence is the same as existence. Invisibility is equal to visibility, appearance is the same non-appearance, and movement is the same as stationary. Reality is an infinity frames per second. Movies reveal this truth. THIS IS GOD. This is INFINITY. This is MIND. That's what God is.

I wouldn't say being is prior to knowing, I'd say that being doesn't need knowing to exist, but it does need knowing to confirm its existence.

There is no truth beyond the senses. Your senses are absolute. All experience is Absolute. Whatever experience you have, is all that is there at the time.

God exists, the Devil exists, what is the Devil? God experiencing itself as evil. If you have ever wondered about the nature of evil I would suggest you take another route. Here is a tale of a man that learned first-hand never to ask for this lesson.... I recently went so far in Spirituality I lost my mind. The investigation into Consciousness and Awareness and what exactly was going on gave way into a deep dive into uncontrollable hallucinations, and consistent nightmares. I went without sleep for weeks and eventually this led to loss of personal possessions, and a trip to a psyche ward for some anti-psychotics. I have the ability to maintain a heightened/altered states for weeks without any effort and this was caused by a small dose of CBD edibles. I believe I'm done taking any kind of substance that can take me away from baseline consciousness as my last foray has proven dangerously detrimental to my survival. I did get to commune with God but that communion was not one that was done with proper foresight. I asked to gain an experiential understanding into the nature of evil, and I was given a front row seat into that experience. I had every word I ever wrote, every thought, used against me in a metaphysical courtroom against me to treat me like a criminal. I was debased, tortured and verbally and physically assaulted till I lost it. I was pushed to my brink and realized only a fool would ever want to know evil. I have said before that the desire to commit suicide is the greatest evil you can know personally and I was given the opportunity to experience that desire in the fullness of its glory and as a result I am much more appreciative of others and their mental fragility since I was forced to face my own. I am sharing this as a warning, don't ask to know evil unless you are ready to receive the greatest unwelcome party imaginable. Nothing like a little mistaken identity taken to its extreme. In short I was shown that God both controls, and doesn't control everything, and that my human vessel's only power in relation to all that is, is the ability to react but even that ability to react, to respond, can be easily taken away by a mind constantly being bombarded by wayward thoughts. We take our mental and physical health for granted. I learned also through experience, why we are always innocent before God. All our good works are for naught, all the evil we have experienced is also for naught. I learned that God takes all sides/perspectives of relationships, and that God does not know what a lie is outside of our perspective. T:L:D:R Spirituality is dangerous once you start entering altered states, so be wary be cautious with your inquisitions.

I'm not saying the desire to commit suicide is evil. The underlying desire to commit Suicide is Absolutely Good, only a person who truly hates their life would ever want to commit suicide. But since everyone loves themselves, the greatest form of harm you can ever commit is to kill yourself. To kill yourself is the greatest betrayal you can ever commit, and its an act of mercy one would attempt if they view their life as the greatest betrayal. A deep experience of Evil, will make suicide logical, and that is not something I would wish upon anyone.

The one that needs to go deeper is you, I already said that the ego experiences Perfection as imperfection.
