Exactly. I have found two books that give some good pointers. One is called Reality Transurfing. The other is called The Nature of Personal Reality (currently going through this one). There is a woman who has a website that talks about some of this stuff as well Tania Kostos. This topic is deeper than I thought, and it is something I which Leo would really delve into. He talks about in his awakenings how he is conscious of how he is creating everything, its like okay UNWRAP THAT FOR ME. I hope he does a video on that. -

It works, I know people who it has worked for I literally have witnessed it. I'm just trying to unravel why it works. I have been studying the nature of reality...and one thing I can say is if you get too close-minded...you will miss the mysteriousness of the reality. Reality is infinitely deep...so deep...its scary and it literally a mindfuck. The best way to explain this is....infinity is a paradox so as a result reality is a paradox and since YOU ARE REALITY.... YOU ARE A PARADOX. You could spend every waking up your moment of life studying how reality works...and not even achieve 1% knowledge of how it all functions. It is both a joyous and sobering realization. -

Interesting thanks for your feedback. -
I have accessed my core before...without even meditation and was filled with a ridiculous amount of bliss and unconditional love. What I discovered is what the spiritual teachers teach is true...we are literally bliss and unconditional love and we block it from ourselves. We can access it at anytime and the kicker is....you don't have to meditate or use any drug to access it. You literally can just choose to experience it....AND YOU WILL.

Seeking is not egoic at all, seeking is the desire to become ONE. Every spiritual teaching teaches this actually. The universe (God) simultaneously desires to experience itself and desires to become ONE. The only reason you or any person on this forum is here right now is because of the desire of seeking. The difference is you recognized that your true desire was not material but something that transcends that. Also a couple of things. 1. The ego is NOT bad, this is one of the biggest Spiritual Traps I realize people keep falling into. Again understand that God loves ALL of creation and the ego is just one of the MANY creations of God. 2. Without a sense or illusion of separation there IS no dream in that the EGO is necessary. 3. The desire to transcend the ego is merely the desire to WAKE UP from the dream. You are only here on this forum in this community because of your desires. Once all desire is gone...the DREAM ENDS. 4. The only problem with the EGO is it is the ULTIMATE DEFENSE MECHANISM to WAKING UP and THAT IS WHY YOU CREATED IT. To wake up you must be READY to RELINQUISH your attachment to EGO which is LITERALLY the building block of your attachment to the dream. If you can release your attachment to the EGO you can leave the dream. Think of it as the PUSH IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY BUTTON you have to press to leave the dream and the moment you push it.....everything will work against you to stop you. 5. The biggest proof of your attachment is the fact that you make it so hard for the collective human population to wake up by making messages and communities like this OUTLIERS. -
Wow everyone gave such great advice. Such a wonderful community.

The former was me, I was also bullied. The irony is the bullying got rid of my desire to people please, but the impact of bullying gave me a desire to alleviate and not ADD onto the suffering of others which made me people please as a result.....LOL

Great advice. Great post!!

That last part is something I am susceptible of doing. I have an innate need to be right (most seekers of truth do) so sometimes it caused me to engage in debate as a form of mental competition to achieve a winner. Now I use debate as an exchange of ideas and a chance to learn. I love the examples you just gave, unless we feel whole we will continue to SEEK outside of ourselves which truly is hilarious. We are the source of everything, but delude ourselves that the source is somewhere else. We then unconsciously create things and delude ourselves into thinking these creations will give us what we need. Its a silly mind game, but a very interesting and adventurous one. -

Wow amazing....I love coming across talented people like you. It makes life so great, thank you for sharing your wisdom and perspective. -
I hear what you are saying...but I will counter with the only people who look at the West with prestige, greatness, and love are those ignorant of history. I have met many foreigners who understand U.S. history better than some College Professors and they certainly do not look at the West in that regard. Every foreigner I have met who loves the West....never lived there or only visited and have a fairy tale vision of what it is like to live there. Once talked to a man who lived in Dubai....he thought the streets of America were paved with gold....I fell out of my chair.

Personally speaking I have never met someone who struggled with sleeping who also wasn't struggling with something internal. I truly believe that all suggestions outside of working within to resolve internal disputes are just alleviating the symptoms but not the cure. I believe that the act of sleep, is submission, it is the act of letting go. If there is too much built up tension in the body (emotional repression) then letting go will be HARD as there will be RESISTANCE. I have a friend, she can only go to sleep comfortably if I am around. Whenever I am NOT around she struggles to maintain sleep. She thinks I am the reason she can sleep when the REAL reason is my presence convinces her she is safe and as a result she can sleep. If she can let go of her fear, she would not need to have me around to sleep. When I am around she is able to convince herself that she is safe, which allows her to relax (release of tension) and go to sleep. I joked with her and said...so basically I've become your Teddy Bear.......

Here is a good source of energy vampires. https://scottjeffrey.com/emotional-energy-vampires/ The thing to understand....anytime you believe you lack you WILL engage in some form of energy vampirism. Think of the feeling of lack as a lack of gratitude with self, and everything you identify with self i.e. present circumstances, past, assumed future prospects, repressed emotions and thoughts. As long as you operate from this "state" you will engage in vampirism. Its no different than as long as someone is hungry they will eat, as long as someone is thirsty they will drink. You engage in these acts to calm these desires. The problem is all eating and drinking only temporarily calms these desires, the same way identifying with finitude/ or lack only allows you momentary calming of desires when you engage in an activity and reach a desired result. The WHOLE purpose of awakening is to identify with the infinite and this will dissolve the feeling of lack and stop you from being a devil/vampire. The truth is unless the identity one has taken up is infinite... they have sentenced themselves to a life of devilry/vampirism. -
Anytime you engage in conflict with another, especially on the level of violence, self-delusion is needed to execute it. You cannot verbally or physically attack another unless you first delude yourself. So I hear where you are coming from, but surely someone as spiritually wise as you knows this based on previous forum posts I have read from you. I feel you expect too much, as long as we operate in this life delusion is inevitable. I guess you mean...not the blatantly obvious delusion where the lies aren't even that creative as the evidence to the contrary is so rampantly apparent?

You are very caring.

1. There is nothing to achieve in life. This is the first illusion and one that is purported by society so they can make USE of you. Every achievement you make will give you a brief dopamine hit and then you will ask "That was great but now what's next?" If you continue this way in the hopes that you will somehow reach some new level of happiness....you won't. You cannot attach your happiness to anything outside of you. I learned this early on in life by studying the most successful people throughout history and they all learned this lesson. 2. Regret is an expression of your beliefs. You CHOOSE to regret. If you CHOOSE to regret you create the emotion of GUILT. You feel GUILT because you are JUDGING yourself. When you do that you create a "SHADOW" or parts of yourself you hide from yourself to escape your judgment and walk around with REPRESSED GUILT. 3. Live your life with no regrets. Understand that you were TAUGHT to regret. As a toddler you didn't regret anything because you were too busy exploring the world and that regret was taught to you so that your caregivers and teachers could CONTROL you and curtail potentially any disruptive/dangerous behavior they assumed you might engage in. Its a necessary evil to some extent but then as Adults we have to transcend that part of our conditioning or suffer the consequences.
-
The real truth is there are no consequences. Enlightenment doesn't negate anything because everything is illusion anyway as its all a dream. Its just the dream feels so real that consequences feel real.

I'm not saying you integrate rapists, I'm saying you give yourself permission to heal. All past events we experience are storied in our mind as thoughts and in our body as emotion. If you carry the events you did not like as a burden that you must endure then you will continue to experience it until you release it. It's fine if you want to as its your choice. The people who do things to us in the past can move on about their day and not even notice the pain they inflict. Whereas we can hold onto it and suffer it. As long as we choose to hold on to it suffer it we will. This is what it means to be in Hell because all Hell is= suffering. Leo did a video that explains what the Devil is. The irony people don't understand is, as the Devil you place yourself in Hell and punish yourself with suffering. If it gets bad enough you start to expand that Hell and try to draw others in it. Only you have the power to free yourself, you are far stronger than you realize. -

Yes. Only from our selfishness do we think something is good or bad. Think about it. Love is acceptance. Anything you love you desire for it to exist. Hatred is the denial of existence. For something to exist that God created it, it would have to exist because God loves it. So infinity loves all of creation. There is no value, that is a creation of a finite self that has needs, wants/desires. Based on the preference of that finite self good/bad exists, valuable and not valuable exists. So obviously from a finite perspective events are either negative or positive. This is one of the toughest concepts to grip, and even if you can grip it intellectually it is even harder to grip it emotionally. Umm that is sexist....so you kind of made my point. What I meant was what I said. We all have parts about our selves that we may not be proud of and instead of acknowledging these parts we pretend we don't have them. Then when we see someone with those parts we demonize them. What parts have you rejected? You literally said f*** masculinity so you just rejected the masculine energy you have inside. This also means you hold resentment to men who are very direct. Which parts are being sent to you? Whatever parts you reject. So whatever you say you "hate" about "others" or "yourself" are the parts you reject. As a result those parts are the ones you will continue to experience. You will experience it in a couple ways. 1. Whatever you hate you will be highly sensitive too, so you will experience it at higher frequency as a result 2. You may try to be the "OPPOSITE" of whatever you hate in yourself which will cause you to attract people who are the OPPOSITE of how you present yourself. Ex. If you believe being aggressive or assertive is wrong, you may act nervous or unsure and will attract aggressive or assertive people. 3. You will randomly and sometimes through triggers (things that remind you of trauma and repressed emotions) act out the behaviors you reject in your self and without self-observation not even notice when you do it. In psychology they call this the shadow. You must incorporate the shadow (the parts you don't like about yourself) to become whole. -
Not sure how you can realize your true potential when your true potential is a limitless possibility. Good luck with that one.

The person who posted that message to you was VERY sincere in fact your reaction to their post actually reveals somethings. 1. They do have love for you otherwise they would not have spent the time to write the post they wrote. 2. They already stated in the post that they have spoken in the past so the fact they are replying again means they care. 3. Their expression of love is very masculine and direct. 4. You only want them to respond to you in a nurturing form, and not a direct to the point way. 4. This means you have a resistance to masculine love expression and could mean you had issues with the Men in your early life. Here is something that people fight but it is the ultimate truth about life. Every event in your life, my life and our lives is NEUTRAL. We PROJECT onto each event that it is good or bad based on our PREFERENCES. We then FEEL these preferences emotionally and it VALIDATES our perception as the TRUTH to us. Every perception has an element of truth to it, but NO perception is ABSOLUTE TRUTH but God's. The more preferences you have in life the more anger, irritability, impatience, and suffering you will have. To release your preferences you must first solve one problem. Your feelings of shame and guilt. You must first realize your Self-worth. Leo did a video that proved absolutely that existence is absolute Love. What this means that EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS is ABSOLUTE LOVE. So by virtue of existing YOU ARE LOVE, stop denying yourself your love. You have a RIGHT to EXIST, you have a RIGHT to experience SELF-LOVE. You have a right to EXPERIENCE YOUR EMOTIONS WHATEVER THEY ARE. Like someone else said, don't run from negative emotions EXPERIENCE THEM. Emotions are COMPLETELY NORMAL. As long as you reject parts of you your higher self will keep sending towards you the parts of yourself you reject. This is what HELL IS, HELL is the rejection of GOD. Hell isn't some mythical imaginary place it is SELF-DELUSION, the REJECTION OF SELF. -

Well obviously the desire for any outcome would be ego, no argument there. Nice question though. Thanks for your input. -

I cannot argue with any of this, your knowledge of this experiment is beyond mines clearly. Thank you for your input and thanks for the lesson. Now I ask a question in regards to all of this. Would the teachings of Neville Goddard have any relevance to what we discussed? -
