  1. Yes you get it. That's the thing to get triggered is resistance. If you are getting triggered it means you are still not accepting that trait, behavior, whatever as a part of you. Its fine, its not bad, but it does mean you haven't fully accepted it yet. The moment you do, is when you admit you have the same trait, behavior, etc. as them. Then it will no longer trigger you. For it to work though, you have to notice when you do something similar. For example if someone steals something you may say but hey I don't steal. Yeah you may not, but maybe you have lied or cheated. To steal something you have to deceive, and lies are deception. Or maybe you don't speak up for yourself but hide how you feel about something and then eventually you explode. You exploded because you hid your truthful feelings which means you were being dishonest which means you were being deceptive. If you pay close attention to yourself you will notice these behaviors within you which will stop you from judging and thinking others are different.
  2. Sovereignty = The authority to self-govern. It means that entity has complete power to determine how it seeks to govern/manage itself. One of the issues I have had throughout my life is I would feel bad for the sufferings of others. I wanted to go around and force people to be happier, to stop thinking negative. One of the greatest things I came across last year was the philosophical adage "Everything is your mirror." Through deep contemplation of this meaning and reading and listening to various individuals explain this it revealed to me some of the different ways I violated the sovereignty of others. I then called my friends and asked them and they admitted I did this but they knew my intentions so they let it go. Its funny, I do not like to bother or disturb people, which is also why I get annoyed and angry when they bother and disturb themselves with negative thoughts or actions that inflict harm on themselves. But the irony in my attempt to stop the suffering of others, I added to their suffering by trying to fix or change their suffering. Its funny how paradoxical life is. Now why was I doing this? Because I didn't want to acknowledge my own negative thoughts, so I hated when others acknowledged their own. I hated the part that others expressed that I refused to expressed. Why? Because I believed that "I wasn't like that." Its so funny the moment you realize that everyone and everything is just showing you your reflection and you will only have issues if you believe that reflection is someone else's. This mirror game with reality is so funny. You think yourself a he or she, and the self as other so it bothers you. The moment you realize you aren't a self, you are all selves then what can bother you? You become lucid in this dream we call life. Its like you are a baby and someone is saying peek a bo and you are no longer surprised. Its like I get it, its the same face I saw before. Its like I get it...every face, every thought, every emotion, everything...IS ME.
  3. I wish people knew what you meant but I'll give a little push. We like things to be a certain way. If things are a certain way and not different...then its YOU. So there is no difference, there is no surprise. If you get exactly what you want the exact way you THINK you want it, then it happens that way. So no surprise, nothing to look forward to. Nothing to do. People are really not getting it....maybe this will help.
  4. Yes....always ruining our games lol.
  5. Lol I think we just need to renegotiate the terms between the rich, the middle class, and the poor. FBI Negotiator Chris Voss "The most dangerous negotiation is the one you don't know you are in." I'm sure you heard of social contract? Our current society is a negotiation, its just most don't know their in it and accept a raw deal and then complain that nothing can be done. Its very funny.
  6. Exactly you got it!!! I love you dude!! Way to show off your knowledge!
  7. Yep no matter what system you create (law on the books) how the law is administered (law in action) is reflective of the awareness of the people involved. If I create a system with sufficient means to seek justice but the actors in the system are ridiculously selfish, then what will be administered is the opposite. This is why parenting is so important, there is no job more important when it comes to improving humanity than parenting. I don't care what laws you make, if that generation cannot seek to live up to those ideals that is not how it is going to function.
  8. What does the human body do with cancer cells? Cancer Cells are cells that cannot be saved, so they are executed. Some things cannot be saved, its the nature of the game
  9. I have a criminal justice degree this is where we part ways Leo. Its ridiculously corrupt. In fact there is too much evidence of its corruption. Its slowly being worked on but its wayyyyyyyyyyyy too corrupt. They have done so much research on how crimes are prosecuted, prosecutorial misconduct which is rampant, and other issues dealing with policing. You really don't want to know how bad it is. We shouldn't even call it criminal justice lol. https://nij.ojp.gov/topics/articles/handful-unlawful-behaviors-led-fraud-and-bribery-account-nearly-all-public Don't get me started on how race, gender, and the good ole boys system plays a role, also media coverage heavily influences the result as well. Its not as much about the facts, as it is about people's feelings and perceptions. You can't even divorce the courts from politics. They are so intertwined and our politics are corrupt so it bleeds into the courts as well.
  10. I don't watch anime much anymore (Been months since I have watched one) but a couple of years ago I found an anime that had an interesting take on the body. The most profound episode was when they dealt with Cancer. The name of the anime is Cells at Work and this Youtube Video does a cool job of summarizing the episode. Check the series out if your interested.
  11. All doubt is fear. If everything is you, then what is there to fear? Doubt is the belief that something is separate so it is afraid to act. Doubt is the opposite of trust. If you trust then you don't doubt. Do you doubt your legs will work? Do you doubt your eyes will blink? If you suddenly your legs stopped working, then you would doubt whether they would ever work again. Why? Because now you DON'T trust your legs. They are not obeying you, so now they feel separate, alien. Like a parent whose kids don't listen to him, they don't feel like his kids anymore. Hell your legs not working could be recontextualized as a betrayal if you are clever enough. Doubt= fear. If all is well there is no doubt.
  12. I have a very strong stomach I can pretty much eat anything lol. Remember how I said I don't drink alcohol so I'm sure if I ever decide to drink alcohol it would feel like I ingested a poison. It wasn't an ego backlash it just felt like I let an alien substance into my body. I wasn't scared because I knew people had consumed mushrooms. My question is just does the "flesh" have toxins or not. If not I am not making no damn tea lol. As long as its healthy I don't need to do all that stuff everyone said because my body doesn't react aversely to it. It just felt weird as it flowed in my bloodstream is all.
  13. Depends on how you look at it, everything is a tool. Remember what I mentioned? Baptism was used to do it, the Sun Dance etc. So technically its fair game, it just it doesn't fit your preference. It doesn't fit my preference either which is why I said I'm not advocating it, but just because I don't prefer it doesn't mean its not fair game. Also he said he didn't do it so that's cool, but Spirituality is all about embracing everything, and eliminating all fears and boundaries. So when that is understood...whatever tool you use is up to you. I wouldn't do it, but hey if it gets the job done for some people that's their call. My advice would be to use means that don't involve high risk of bodily harm.
  14. I had this thought years ago and it is based on how you look at it. Manipulation= control. Over years and years of this word being used the definition in relation to social situations has changed to mean something deceptive or dishonest. Influence which is a form of control has been used as the positive form of control. Here is what Merriam-Webster defines manipulation. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/manipulate So currently its basically the dark form of control and influence is the light form of control. I would say this, if you act in a way that is an authentic expression of yourself and is not self-serving and people like how you express yourself then that would be influence. But if you do something for the purposes of getting something from others whether its praise, attention, money, etc. then its manipulation. With this in mind we are all guilty of manipulation and even the most honest of us still probably manipulate in small subtle ways we are not even aware of. For example you may give a fake smile when someone greets you as a social pleasantry. In one vain you could say, well where is the harm? The harm is it isn't an authentic expression, you are doing it to be considered "civil." A lot of our social subtleties are small forms of manipulation. Alan Watts is famous for saying he only trusts people who own their rascals or basically own the dark parts of them. We should aim to act in the way Immanuel Kant says which is make people an end not a means to an end. So if you do something to make someone else feel better and it wasn't an authentic expression, I think its okay. Sometimes the authentic expression you have may cause uproar or disturbance. You have to balance authenticity and harm. The truth is the most dangerous thing in the world, even more so than a nuclear bomb, it is a sword, so you have to be careful how you wield it. That doesn't mean going around and being a people pleaser either. Each situation...calls for a different action. The greatest truth...is there is not ONE answer, there is only the answer that fits the situation.
  15. You don't sound crazy, that breathing you are experiencing is not breath. Its life. Some like to refer to it as energy, universal energy. When your awareness starts to raise a little you start to feel more connected, and your ability to feel expands. It feel like wind or some type of force (lol Star Wars) is moving through you. Some call it Chi. or Ki.
  16. How in the world does a man that looks as young as you in his fifties? Is this a miracle? LOL.
  17. Doubt= fear. That's all it is. You doubt because of fear. You doubt it because if you believe it you die. You don't want to die. Understand this...your ego is very intelligent. Your ego knows what it means if there is only a present and no past or future, it means you have no self. It means you don't exist. It means you are actually dead right now and have never been alive. So doubt creeps in so you can still exist. You are a blank piece of paper with a stick man running on it that is finding out that he is constantly being redrawn in every moment. He thought he was just a permanent stick man but instead he is being maintained. If you accept that you are being maintained then....you realize you aren't real...so he awakens to the fact that he isn't some stable presence, he is continually being created in every moment. Every single moment you are dying and being reborn...you have already died, and have already been reborn. Everything is life and death, there is no separation. Life= self, death= no self. When you think and do you are alive. When you cease all attachments = death.
  18. He said it, they don't watch his videos. They watch his videos, half listen and think they got it. They also only watch it once!!! You need to watch it MORE than once, then contemplate what was said. He literally said it on MORE than one video. He said DEATH is INFINITE LOVE. DEATH IS GOD. He described death as GOD'S GRACE. Do you think people remember this? NO!!! LOL. They are on the forums claiming to have gotten it and then over time they get exposed! Its so funny!!!! Then they ask him questions to which he already answered MULTIPLE TIMES!! You want him to answer everything? Then what's the point of his videos? How about ask him a question FROM HIS VIDEO? Ask him to expound on a point he made? Then maybe...he can feel he isn't wasting his time with people just asking questions he already answered. Also....if you keep relying on him to answer everything how can you actualize? Leo is a Guide....he can't travel for you. What is the point of the journey if he answers everything? Sometimes the joy is in "self discovery" of "no self" and the true nature of reality. Lastly...if you take what he says as dogma or belief....then you will never discover it. So he has to be careful with that....and I think he has already created too many dogma and believers already by being too direct in the first place.
  19. Lol you are both the player and the character. So you have free will, your free will is to play yourself. Even imagining and pretending you have no free will is a fun game in itself. This is actually utter madness when you think about it....God is creating an infinite amount of games...to play. Wow...so profound. So God will pretend it has no free will.
  20. Exactly...notice the infinite loop? As long as you have a desire to "help" him when he needs no help. Then you will play a game of helping him and him not wanting your help. But if you want to play this loop, this ego game, play it. Nothing wrong with either.
  21. I'm surprised you all keep trying to "fix" him or "help" him if anything he is "helping you" and you just don't realize it. What is wrong with his negativity? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. He hasn't at one time asked for anyone's help. Have you noticed this? He is just sharing his perspective. So the person with the issue was US NOT HIM. It is our aversion, our fear and discomfort with negativity that has caused us to try to "help" him by trying to cheer him up. This is our projection onto him. We projected our fears and discomfort onto him. Why did we assume he is not enjoying this whole ordeal? If he wasn't why would he be sharing it? Is he evil? No!!! He loves this crap, and all he wants to do is share his love for negativity with all of us. That's it!! Its so simple. So embrace Holykael, especially for illuminating your shadow, your fear of negative thoughts and emotions. I embrace his negativity and accept him as he is. You should too, because he is YOU.
  22. You can't make this stuff up if you tried. Holykael= realize the depth of "darkness" consciousness is capable of. puporing= consciousness is moving and leading itself toward the light. We are witnessing that in this very thread. One wants everyone to realize the depth of darkness of consciousness =Holy Kael And one wants to move and lead all discussions of consciousness towards the light. =puporing. So cool, so funny, a beautiful mirror.
  23. Well everything serves a purpose originally I was getting mad at Holykael for torturing himself but then I realized....that was just me getting mad at myself. So I must accept the part of me that houses negative thoughts and plays the victims. To play victim is to be a masochist, and a sadist all at the same time. To be both the victim and the abuser both at the same time. So Holykael is just abusing himself and enjoying it and he wants to share the joy of his self-abuse with others. Once you realize this is the case, then you realize you shouldn't feel sorry for him, because he is just doing what he loves. So in that case where is the problem? There is none.
  24. Its an interesting read for sure, check it out if it interests you. https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20190218-are-we-on-the-road-to-civilisation-collapse
