^You are getting it!!! I am so happy!!! The point it to realize this...and take back ownership of how you use meaning....and craft a story and character (your ego) to your liking. Take full responsibility for how you use the tool of meaning. I don't consciously control the events that transpire...but I do control the meaning I ascribe to them. If you can see through the veil of the webs of meaning you craft...then you can finally be the hero you always wanted to be in your own original story. REALLY contemplate on what I am saying here. Deconstruct and recontextalize until you see life the way YOU want to see it, not how OTHERS are telling you to see it. Those OTHERS are just your own mind....you gonna let your thoughts run you? Or are you going to run them? You run them by controlling how you perceive them. You can perceive everything as good, bad, or neutral. THAT IS YOUR CHOICE. THAT IS WHAT FREE WILL IS. THIS IS WHAT LIBERATION IS!!! Because you recognize what true freedom is, its the freedom to view things how you desire. Most people use meaning unconsciously and compulsively, choose to do it consciously.

Listen to what you just said...you said the absolute POV is correct but its not valuable? Is it that its not valuable....or are you assuming its not valuable? Here I will show you how you aren't being creative with it and thus do not see its value. 1. If you create meaning...if you are TRUTH, then you can train yourself to create meaning that is beneficial to what you desire. So for example...why is rejection HARD? Its hard because we create that meaning that rejection is hard. If you can become AWARE through practice...that YOU are creating suffering. Then you can overcome your fear of rejection. So explain to me how learning how you create meaning, and then controlling the meaning you apply is not VALUABLE? THERE IS NOTHING MORE VALUABLE THAN THIS!! WHY? BECAUSE YOU CREATE VALUE BY CREATING MEANING!!! 2. Value= Runs your life because your life is totally encased and encircled around survival. The problem is majority of that value you create haphazardly and you apply it unconsciously and as a result you become TRAPPED by the meaning and value you create!!! Why do you think people feel unworthy or not good enough? Because THEY CREATE THAT MEANING. They become victims of their ability to create meaning, and then craft beautifully and ingenious storylines as to why that meaning is CORRECT!! So you suffer your own ingenious intelligence as to why you are unworthy or not good enough!! Do you not understand what I am presenting here? I am presenting you with the possibility...to control meaning...and to use it as a tool with your awareness instead of falling asleep and using it like a drunken writer who writes stories that he hates!!!

^ Speak for yourself my dad and my ex were narcissist. According to the definition of the word....the great thing is...this is how I learned what I am sharing with you. Have you not learned that narcissists are parasites? A parasite infects its host, so what happens when one is traumatized by a narcissist? THEY BECOME ONE. They start projecting their PAIN and SEE narcissism EVERYWHERE. They go around accusing EVERYONE of gaslighting them. A tell tell sign of a kind person being traumatized by a narcissist is they go around throwing the word gaslight around as if it was some greeting. The MOMENT ANYTHING triggers them they use the word gaslight. If you do not realize or notice what I am telling you....you will suffer what many call narcissistic abuse...from a "victim" of a narcissist. Narcissists create more narcissists by turning those who engage with them into fatalists full of resentment from past hurts and they see the whole world as narcissistic. Its why forgiveness is so important. But ultimately...all of this is a game. I can even deconstruct what I said above and make it very simple. 1. Has anyone ever existed outside of your sensory perception? NO. So if you cannot see me, hear me, touch me, I don't exist. So my existence or lack thereof is entangled with your senses....which means I AM YOUR SENSORY PERCEPTION. So if I am your sensory perception...then who is traumatizing who? 2. Are you going to accuse your sensory perception as AN OTHER? All OTHERS, the entire WORLD, is just your sensory perception. So WHO is traumatizing you? WHO IS HURTING YOU? You are dreaming things through sensory perception, pretending that you are not, getting lost in your senses and crafting storylines of pain, and drama, and a whole lot of other things. But your entire life is JUST SENSORY PERCEPTION. 3. So...based on the premise that everything is just sensory perception....when you are in DEEP SLEEP is their sensory perception? NO! So what is life? It is just a projection of sensory perception UPON DEEP SLEEP. So you have the less stable sensory perception called a dream, and then the waking dream you call life. But they are BOTH just sensory perception being projected onto DEEP SLEEP. So....if your entire life is just your PROJECTION....then you are ALL ALONE DREAMING....SO WHO IS A VICTIM? You see I could have been kind and allowed you to keep crafting narratives, but sometimes the greatest kindness is the bitter truth. YOU ARE ALL ALONE, DREAMING UP THE ILLUSION OF OTHERS WHO ARE YOU AND THEN PLAYING VICTIM. You have created a nightmare and I, WHO ARE YOU am telling you how to wake up. This means....you are RESISTING YOURSELF who is giving you pointers on how to wake up. The choice...IS YOURS.

Gaslighting is an identity game. The belief in gaslighting is itself gaslighting. Anyone that believes in it, will be guilty of doing it. Those who defend its existence do so because they enjoy playing the victim and haphazardly throwing the term around. If you find yourself using this word, it's because you seek emotional validation from others. Requiring others to give you emotional validation when it means them being dishonest about their own emotions is itself asking the person to gaslight you. You can only be gaslighted if you engage in it yourself.

The Reason I Can Safely Say That Anger Doesn't Need To Be Controlled...Is Because Life Will Reveals In Its Own Way The Proper Expression Of Anger. If You Try To Control It, The Way A Human Believes It Should Be Expressed, It Will Be Repressed. A Human Tells Somebody...Shhhh Don't Yell, Sometimes For The Person To Express Themselves Yelling Is Appropriate. You Cannot Snap Your Fingers And Change A Person's Emotional Maturity. So For Them Yelling May Be Appropriate Until They Outgrow That Form Of Expression. If You Fight This....You Will Learn The Hard Way That Reality Always Expresses Itself As It Is....Not How You Want It To Be. Here's a fun exercise...stop thinking there is a difference between a baby and an adult. I am sure you have come across adults with the emotional maturity of a baby. Can you MAKE a baby stop crying? Or does it have to learn to stop? Because we look at an adult physically and assume them to have emotional maturity we are caught off guard when they act childish. But see that is our bias, then we project onto them and say...well they SHOULD act like this because look how old they are!!!! Then we try to control them and get them to act the way we think an adult should act and we get the same issues we get with a child just in a bigger body. This is Reality teaching you a core concept....that rules...do not control anybody. They never have and never will. Even the fear of punishment is not an effective deterrent. At the end of the day...Reality just expresses itself as it is...and we constantly keep reinterpreting it to make sense of it. But the truth is all our attempts to make sense of it...is never a true representation of what is actually going on. EVER.

You said express anger improperly that means you believe there is a right way to express anger. This belief in a right way to do things...is the belief of right and wrong. You don't know what is right or wrong....you find out AFTERWARDS. Until you realize you have never known what the right or wrong thing is....you will continue to live in delusion. 1. If one does not express their anger to its target, they will express it to another target. This is why people explode out of nowhere. There is no being careful about expressing anger. Express it. Being polite and nice...is why people commit murder and suicide. 2. If self expression wasn't stifled people would be more honest. Why do you think comedy and movies exist? Its the one time where people are allowed to see honest authentic expression of the human condition. The irony....is we have people who try to clamp down on that too!!! 3. Do you see animals trying to clamp down on expression? NO!!! Anger doesn't distort the world. If I am killing your family and anger arises....is that distortion? If I am stealing your possession and anger arises is that distortion? You think anger needs to be carefully expressed because you don't trust yourself or others....which is why morality exists. You think people are innately evil and need morality to be good. In my own direct experience I have people not filter and totally express themselves with me...and they always choose no matter how angry they get....to allow themselves the space to calm down eventually. I do not fear the anger of others....but I have seen first hand what repressed anger looks like and what it does. Repressed anger is a much greater threat than the normal anger that arises. With authentic expression allowed repressed anger= resentment will stop being such a common occurrence. Why do you think lately there is such a defiance for authority? All this attempts to be careful is being thrown out the window.

Yep I had this same discussion with my friend today....we don't realize...that we are already aliens and we classified ourselves as humans. If we really knew what humans were...so many humans wouldn't be trying to "find themselves and discover who they are." One of the things you will discover is there are many traps in the development of certain characteristics such as intelligence for example we can use the concept of being humble. Humbleness is a trait that is lauded by many religions and people in society but most are not aware of why that is the case. Humbleness is the understanding that any efforts you produce is not produced in isolation but through collective influence. It is also a form of stopping you from seeing yourself as superior. The problem with misplaced humbleness is it can place a stop gap on your ability to be revolutionary and creative in your thinking. This will turn you into a conformist and stop the world from being blessed by your point of view (WHICH IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM WE HAVE IN EDUCATION, AND THROUGH MASS BRAINWASHING THROUGH THE CREATION OF CELEBRITY CULTURE) and make you think you are not "good enough" and that others are some how "better." If you ONLY KNEW HOW FALSE AND RETARDED THAT BELIEF WAS! This is where arrogance comes in, the belief that you know better regardless of what established scholars, and other professionals say. If you study human history the majority of innovations are done by those who dared to be arrogant. Now misplaced Arrogance can also cause issues because you can become blind to your deficiencies that are inherent in all POV. So how do you bridge the divide? Easy!!! Have a healthy dose of both!!! Be Arrogant enough to believe in yourself when it comes to your strengths, but humble enough to understand that all POV have limitations. Be open to discussions, to learning and researching the things that you struggle with, while being able to stand strong on the discoveries and conclusions you make. Find others who are good at picking apart your arguments and whose POV's can see the blindspots you cannot. Now...this can present an issue as well, as you can fall into an echo chamber, and eventually you may have to reach out to other POV's maybe even your harshest critics to expand ever more your POV. Never get to the point that you think you have transcended humanity in terms of knowledge.....I have fallen into that trap and every time Reality reveals to me how little my human intelligence currently is. To put this plainly....everything around you is profound....you are just too stupid to perceive it and know how to apply it. When I say you I mean ME LOL!!! If me and the rest of humanity were at a high enough level of consciousness....a specific species of ANTS, BIRDS, WORMS, would create a cascade of insights. We have enough data from studying how animals in nature operate to create a ridiculous number of insights into how to do things better, we are just too stupid to see it. So....never think you are too smart for humanity....there may be some small unknown bug researcher in the jungle with an insight he is holding onto that would FLOOR YOU. Genius is found everywhere!! You are walking around INFINITE INSPIRATION, and you think its ordinary. So don't allow ARROGANCE to make you think you are too smart, and don't allow humility to limit you to not being as smart as you can be. A healthy dose of Arrogance and humility, people to bounce ideas off of, and the sensitivity to realize that you are walking around in genius level creativity that is so profound that it is ordinary....and you are on the right path.

I came across a commenter on Youtube who was replying to some guys who were talking about Black Male and Female Relationships. She claimed a statistic (which I didn't check for its veracity) that stated that Black Men Kill Black Women at a particular rate and that Black Women need to be protected. I explained to her that Black Boys and Men in America die at the highest rate. Her reply? Yeah because Black Men are the ones killing them. I explained to her that everyone kills Black Men in America statistically at the highest rate and if we discuss rape if you include prison rape men get raped more than women. So my point to her is if she wants to play the victim game as a woman, well men are actually victimized more so who is going to protect men. Her reply? Men need to stop killing and raping. I started laughing because she doesn't see her bias. So if a peaceful man who is kind and considerate gets killed by a violent man...its his fault for dying because he is a man, he needs to protect himself. But if a peaceful woman who is kind is killed by a violent man that is the fault of MEN. So when a man is killed by a man its MEN's fault....which actually punishes the man who dies....for being a man. It also makes his life...not as significant from her world view...because when a woman dies by a man....she is a victim, but when a man dies by another man its just something that happened. What she doesn't realize is she has a bias in favor of a woman's life over a man's life which is why she cannot understand what she is communicating. When a man dies or a woman dies regardless of which gender murdered who its a problem for BOTH groups. When you start pointing to one group as a problem....you create bias, and preference, and discrimination is born. What many activists for specific groups don't realize....in your attempt to fight for your group and get rid of discrimination....you become what you fight against....oh the irony!!! Reality is HILARIOUS!!! It reveals so obviously....that discrimination is unconscious....people really believe they are doing the right thing!!! LOL!!

Only pursue this work, when you are ready to go all the way. Spirituality is all about going all the way. Would you talk to a romantic partner you like only partially? Or would you go all the way? Would you negotiate for a car you desire that you can afford and need and then not go all the way? Would you take a test for a certification you desire that you studied for...and then stop before its finished? Spirituality....is the most dangerous thing in the entire world. More dangerous than a nuke, than World War 3, than another pandemic. Its the TRUTH. Its the answer to all the big existential questions....about death, about the building block of reality, about humanities potential next step in their development process, and the meaning of your life. If you aren't ready for that...go enjoy your life in ignorance and bliss!!! You should only do the work.....when you are ready to sacrifice EVERYTHING....and I mean....EVERYTHING!!! Obviously....you don't have too do that....but the will needs to be that strong to go all the way.

Shoot I have a different experience, I rarely ever dream...only recently started having dreams...I usually just fall into deep sleep.
