It's a grape seed extract and a strong natural AO.

Moringa is pretty dope. Other than that I only use OPC from time to time.

@Arik Weren't you the one that wanted to go to Antaji? Did you explore the Zen-Group in Berlin? I just read these days that they both have similar roots (Kodo Sawaki). Where I live there is a Zen-center associated with it and they do Sesshins quite regulary (in Schönböken). And no, I'm not endorsing them, I only was to this group one time, even if I did like it there.- 12 replies

It was a mistake responding indirectly to you in another thread. You were on my blocked-list already but I couldn't resist. Actually I'm not interested in arguments, so we just leave it at that. -

Actually, children don't have the ability to relax and sooth themselves directly after birth (parasympathetic) but is a function that - given appropriate support - develops afaik. -
The "I" that has to convince others that there is no "I". Typical trap.

There is a function to block other posters in the forum if there are posts that annoy you. It works really fine.
-
- get some slightly better things for myself, like better flat, cloth or a better laptop - go to as much retreats of Adyashanti as possible - donate into projects like Khan Academy, but tell them they should do a course on meditation or some other things that might be good - donate into local projects (education, animals, hospices or something like that) - give family / friends some money if they need/want it

Are there anywhere longer audio/video-recordings available other than just 2-3 minutes? -
What about Autism/Asper-Self-Help-groups or forums? If he meets someone there, it might be better for understanding each other.

@Elton Not in "my" understanding of the word. But I also don't smoke and never have. Maybe I should start?

Some of even teachers have/had habits like that going. It's a myth that acceptance or "enlightenment" would change certain things. They might but there are no guarantees.

If you have a teacher/master, ask him. There are so many approaches, your teacher knows best what approach works best for you.

My teacher would say: "leave the experience and find out who/what had the experience". Other than that I cannot give advise. I could give you my opinion but it won't be of any much help. -

I don't have a solution for that. But maybe this is of some help: in a meeting with a teacher (a group setting) he asked who had a panic attack in some way in the past. About 80-90% raised their hands. He also told about panic attacks that he had - I don't remember it exactly but I guess it was because of medicine/food and being on an airplane or something like that. So that shows that it can happen to everyone. That teacher uses particulary things like Somatic Experiencing and I guess Feldenkrais - besides being present, inquiring and pointing to awareness of course - when people with that issues show up.

The Wilber Pre-Trans-Fallacy applies also to morality: pre-moral, moral, trans-moral.

Actually, it's not a personality thing but more a mirror to see what the ego is doing. Seeing your ways of fixating and also revealing your essence and even deeper - truth. Some authors use it just as a classification of personalities but that's not what it can really do and is very superficial. Some - imo - good authors are Eli Jaxon Bear, Sandra Maitri, Almaas. Just go on amazon. Most of the time you can preview books. That's enough to see if something resonates for you. If it doesn't there is no need to look into it a great deal. -

If it floats your boat you could take a look at the Enneagram. -

I would keep it simple. Look to what teachings or teachers you feel drawn to and look what is available for you. Either in the area where you live or - if you have the money - offer reatreats in your country somewhere. Quite a few teachers also offer skype-sessions or 1on1-sessions. There are a lot of possibilities. It also depends how many "disciples" a teacher has and how his personality is. Some have no problem meeting you at home, some are not that open. But you first should look for a teacher in a teacher and not a friend. -
