  2. Are we pushing men to talk and express emotions and feelings without the understanding that the way they deal and process emotions and feelings naturally is not by talking and expressing, but rather waiting for their testosterone levels to replenish as they work in the garage? Is it an issue in progressive countries, such as Northern Europe, that we are forcing men to express and talk about emotions as "he does not want to speak with you because he wants to dettach from what happened until he replanishes his testosterone and feels better"? Or is a wholesome man, a man who has taken up the challenge to combat his autistic mind and express and speak out loud about his emotions, but at the same time does not surrender completely to his emotions and starts to find a solution? Is expressing and speaking out emotions and feelings the best method of dealing with emotions and feelings?
