@Rishabh RIt seems there are 2 modes you can be in, you can push yourself against the screen of life and live in the frontal cortex region of your brain or you can 'fall' back into the darkness and that is of thought and ego. Like keep energy where your third eye is and dont look back. Anytime you see that something( a thought) is dragging you back from the screen you are stopping meditation.

@Misato Katsuragi I am not sure its there to fuck you all the time but society has had us programmed our minds to create a random voice that talks in the complete wrong direction. Its almost like they curse you with an insane power and dont teach you how to use it. Then create so many problems that you will almost automatically fuck up if you are not super conscious as a child. We can reprogram we just have to be conscious of our thoughts at all times and do mantras and tell our bodies we love them. You can program your mind to just say I love you all day non stop and you wont be thinking about this stuff.

@Misato Katsuragi I am not sure where I am but it seems to be the case that when you have an experience you see that you are not a human. So to me its the definition of depersonalization, its literally the realization that I am not a person. It was a lie but you shouldnt focus on that. God give you new perspective, explore it. Focus on God. Why would you take anti depressants when you say you don't have depression? Why do you feel the need to change from feeling nothing? @5-D - L O V E you cant give yourself to stuff. All you can do is pretend to give yourself away. Everytime you pretend to give a part of yourself away you assign it to an object and say that thing makes me feel this way and i am giving this emotion to it. You can still feel the emotion you have as you cant give parts of yourself away you are just saying this object makes me feel this way. Thats all bullshit. Thats why you feel like shit cause you have pretended to give yourself away to stuff and left yourself with no emotion or only negative emotion. The good emotion is still there and you didn't give it to anyone or anything you just assigned it to that specific thing. You need to do shadow work. Sit alone and remeber all your memories and reclaim any emotions you have attached to them. Watch cartoons you watched when you were a child and feel what emotions they are attached too. Feel what your body feels and say thats me and I am taking it back.

People must keep in mind that these people on the internet could be a bot. They are using it to make you feel like people are more delusional and angry then they are. There is a big problem with people saying opinions online that dont match reality. Each time you believe its a real person and react your mind will stretch into that direction that the population is losing it when it could be a bot.

Yes the goal is to become nothing and godlike that means no eating no drinking no thinking. The spiritual practices include all of these. Once you do these you will become closer to God.

Im going to guess no emotion no thought, no fear no love. They say your consciousness is actually outside the planet in the empty space. You need to mimic the qualia of empty space to reach high states. Imagine your stomach dropping and not signalling it to any emotion, no fear means you can use your stomach and drop it to a very deep level. Empty is happening it is the drone of God and is in between every word and thought.

@Rishabh R Its very important to keep a straight head when doing this. If nothing means anything and you are just positive dont let others actions trick you into thinking something other than you are positive. Anything the mind does and sees can be misconstrued to mean something else especially when you are playing and messing around with emotions. It should be better to notice you were in a good mindset and a girl looked at you and you felt good. If you feel bad maybe you would think that she dosent and you feel worse. Don't let i feel good be changed by anything and don't let it make you do things that could be weird just be happy and everything will work out without any input from you. You just gotta wait and be happy. The scent of happiness will bring people to you. You might have to raise the finger to meet God but God will make it blatantly obvious to you via sources outside your happiness.
