I think you are literally generating your life right now, if you awaken you can experience the death and then just regenerate yourself back in alive and as a super saiyan. I have heard many people from drugs and even nde say that when they come back they conciously generate where they think they were before dying and then come into the scene. These are just tools to make you happier. You dream when you get really happy the dream changes.

You cant blame yourself for anything that happened to you, you were not even concious. Its like blaming a dream for happening. When we are younger we our reality is like dreaming.
