Yes we are being made to think too much. And act like a different person. We are made to tip toe around other people to not hurt their made up feelings. This will result in the person saying things then feeling like what they said was stupid. The mind can't quiet itself unconciously the individual has to. If the individual dosent realize what they are doing they are mad. If the individual thinks they are the voice in their head they are mad. Ask yourself how many people think they are the voice in their head. 70 or more percent of the pop will say they are. Thats probably close to 80 percent insanity rate in usa/canada. Its 80 percent of people who think and act like they are something other then what they are on accident.Including the people who are running the countries.

@Someone here This is a problem with English, not paradox. You can turn any qualia into a word. If any 2 people can have an experience and talk about it and form it into a word they can do it. But we dont have this option availiable via english. If someone has a word for it and they described it perfectly and brought the experience back up and said the word you would put the emotion or qualia into a word and could describe it. The experience is rare shunned upon and taboo so we dont have a word and dont talk about it.

@The Crocodile To define something you must say its not something else, thats how logic works at fundamental, not that it is that thing. That means logically you are saying a triangle isnt 4 points and it isnt 2 points to define that the triangle is 3 points. Thats how you logically come to the conclusion that its a triangle. To define you must say not that because the triangle is consciousness(nothing). The triangle you point to and to be able to appear in your mind must be defined as not having 1 2 4 5 6 to infinite points, then you get 3 points as the remainder and thats what a triangle is. If a triangle somehow had 4 points it couldnt be a triangle because we already defined logically that a triangle dosent have 4 points. The mind is doing something backwards to create logic. Its taking conciousness (nothing) and then saying what it witnesses isnt all the other stuff (infinity) and by doing that you see what it is. If you want to know if something is wet you touch it feel wet and logically deduce that its not dry.

This is existential crisis/undealt with fear of death. I feel this when I was 9 and most people do they just keep pushing it off. Its when they developing identity. No matter what you do you will look back and say it wasnt enough cause there is something in you that cant die and is always young. If you dont deal with the fear now you will wake up at 98 and say the exact same thing.Except everytime its getting closer and closer to expiration and its going to get faster and faster. Its not about life being too short its about 'you are going to die' the logical thought process. This points to the death neuron a big ? in the mind. The unknown neuron of fear. The voice in your head is scared of stopping. The voice in your head says that when it stops its dead. Thats not true thats the ego. A seperate voice you created like a chat GPT program your mind can create. When you (the voice) dies you still exist. Thats what God means. This is the good news. Fear of death = Fear of God

Meditation is about non attachments you coming up with crazy ideas is attachment coming to the front. The purpose of meditation is to enter no mind so you can de attach. Imagine you died and were in the void and you were coming up with these juicy insights but it didn't matter cause you couldn't do them anymore. This would cause you immense mental suffering while in the void. Ignore them thats not what meditation is for its for reaching your purest form nothing so you don't struggle when you die.in order to respawn you need no mind for several days.
